We had a great stay. The house was exceptionally clean and had a lot of nice details, like a parking spot, adjustable, comfortable beds, room darkening shades, full length mirrors and tvs in each room, and plenty of extra linens and pillows. Location was perfect for our needs and felt safe. One side of the apartment looks out onto the landing so we mostly kept those windows closed but the other side had a nice view into the treetops. I would stay here again and would recommend if you're in Chico!

Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

Cozy, comfortable, and charming place to stay in Quincy! We had a great time staying at Jennifer's place for 2 nights over the Christmas holiday. I grew up in Quincy and this place worked out great when coming back for a visit. The house is comfortable, as described, and has a lovely artistic/bohemian style. Jennifer was a great host! Easy check-in and out and detailed instructions.

Always enjoy Neil's place. Clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed to cook our own meals which is number one important for us. we loved the bed and furnishings especially the glass topped dining table which I was able to spread out my laptop and research materials on and work. my two grown sons came by during Chico Thursday night market and we only had to walk one block to enjoy. I recommend Anthony and Avas downtown apartment to anyone wanting to experience both the Chico downtown activities and for a restful stay.

I would hope to continue to do more business with Robert he is freindly, understanding, and quick on replies. the house felt like it does, right at home! Thank you again Robert for the opportunity to let me stay.

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. It accommodated all 6 of us and we had so much room to spread out. It’s a beautiful home in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. We will be staying again next time we come through Chico.

Great house in a nice location for getting downtown and to the outdoors.

Everything was clean, well kept, and had a cozy home vibe. It was located not too far from restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend staying here to anyone! :)
