Villa vacation rentals in Milan

This is a beautiful modernist home in one of the best locations in Italy, close to Italian Alps, Aosta and Lakes Como and Maggiore, not to mention Milan itself, and, truly rare to find a modernist home of this standard and design, which is highly chic and the dream of any artist to live in a place such as this. The host was very responsive and helpful from the day we booked the accommodation. He met us in person at the house and gave us a tour of the house and explained certain things like the recycling and how to use the TV's. The host was in communication with us regularly to check if we had any problems and ensure we were stocked with the essentials like washing up liquid, toilet roll etc. The location of the house is down a narrow one way road with a gated entrance to the property. I would advise not to bring a big car because the road and entrance are small! We are located just of the main road in Somma Lombardo and Lidl is only 5 minutes drive away (Or about 20 mins walk) and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy including a lovely Gelato shop It is not a quiet neighbourhood due to the local churches, dogs barking and airplanes taking off from nearby Malpensa airport but that is not fault of the host Overall, we were very happy with our stay! We had a great stay at La Casetta- it was a nice private place right next to a large green space. It was easy to walk to the bus or train and get around and then to return afterwards. The house was spotless and well maintained and Nicola was a friendly and helpful host. Our entire stay was extremely pleasant, we were sad to leave.

This home is beautiful. The woodwork and the details of the home are gorgeous and I loved the big, beautiful windows. The home is impeccably clean. We loved the location for easy access to visit Milan, Como and other local areas. It is close to the train station, as well, and the trains in this part of Italy are so efficient. I felt good, the check-in was completely automatic, the house is very nice and the room cozy with everything you need. There's a small common area where you can find coffee, tea, and other things for breakfast or a snack. If I need a place to sleep near the central station in Milan I will know where to go!

If you are looking for a house immersed in the beautiful Italian countryside, but within easy reach of airports and areas of interest, then this is the place for you! The house is unlike anywhere else we have stayed, and it felt so homely and relaxing. Hidden away amongst the trees, but close enough to Ghemme to be able to hear the church bells. Deer in the garden, a family of wild boar marching through the woods by the house, and even a porcupine climbing down a tree! Vineyards and a stunning view of the mountains. We were easily able to visit Lakes Maggiore, Orta and Como and spent a day in Milan. The welcome information suggests places of interest plus local restaurants and shops. It was easy to drive up to Alagna Valsensia, where we took a cable car up to a mountain restaurant. Thank you to Vincenzo, who met us at the house at 11pm (an evening flight from the UK) to show us around - and to Antonio, who was always happy to share his local knowledge 😊

It is very nice for me to live in Alessandra’s house, She give me all kinds of help, as she know English well, It is no any problem for communication. It is a pleasant experience and time during my this trip. Thanks all help that Alessandra & her husband give!

The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

Literally the coolest apartment I have ever been to! Not just in Milan, but in the world!

This became the highlight of a wonderful week in Italy. we would have stayed many more days if we could. I imagine Heaven to be literally like this place and experience Beautiful in every detail with a great staff. we had a private chef cooked dinner and breakfast that was spectacular too. I will find an excuse to come back!!!

We were staying here with a group of 8 Canadians for a graduation. It was one of the few place spots in Milan that was within our budget that had the right amount of beds. The location is fantastic, right beside the new blue line stop Susa. Which opens up Milan’s metro system quite easily for everyone. The house itself was eccentric; the layout is weird, but we loved it. One floor only has a bathroom, the basement has a bedroom (3 beds), a laundry room, and identical bathrooms, side by side haha. Stuff like that. Our nanny was with us, she’s 84. She managed quite well, although the door to the basement stairs is sort of blocked by a strange wall. Eclectic! Anyways, the kitchen was clean, bedrooms were clean, mattresses were fine. I would recommend this to any large groups in this price range.

Everything was perfect. We were a group of 11. The house is very well designed. Very clean, true to photos, quiet location and perfect location to go to the Monza GP. Thanks to hosts!!!

Good host and house. Had a minor problem during our week and they got someone out straight away to fix it - can't ask for more!

What a beautiful place great location ! The pool always with hot water … If you have children, get mosquito spray because there's a lot in nature!!! The house had a snake and tablets but if you have children better take and spray … the Host was very friendly brought ice cream to the babies We loved the house it was clean we will definitely go back

This was just a quick overnight to leave on a flight the next morning so I did not get to enjoy the lovely garden or use the well-equipped kitchen and ample living room space. Antonio provided the number of a cab company which came exactly on time in the rain to take me to flight, so it was a very easy stay. This property was squeaky clean and had ample linens and amenities for those staying longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristinas estate. We enjoyed the privacy, location, pool and the great spot in this area of italy. Cristina is warm hearted and brougth us some "Croissonts" for brunch, it was great. So we recommend this location for couples to enjoy the privacy and the great pool. Great time! Thank you Cristina.

Very friendly host. The vibe was nice and relaxing, great interior and facilities. It is placed pretty remote, but easy acces to the place - it is like at nice hotel, just smaller, more private with very good vacational and cozy facillities - nice to have the outdoor kitchen and you can have groceries in the fridge :)

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

alex was very attentive and very kind. The place is beautiful and very quiet. We will go again when we have more free time. 100% recommended for anyone who wants to escape for a few days.

This house is amazing. Alessia is very nice and really comfortable. She is interested in our well-being and that's great. The house is superb and the pool is clean. It's a no-fault for us!

Pure relaxation! We (6 people, two families friends) had a great time in Cascina Vercellina. Absolutely quiet, large pool, huge garden (which our dog especially loved). Excursions to the surrounding area have added our week: to the monastery and pilgrimage town of Oropa (UNESCO World Heritage Site), to Turin (approx. 60 min drive), Biella (great butchers and beautiful small shops) and a trip to La Bessa, an Azienda Agricola, where we bought hazelnuts and nut cream. Cristina (co-host) was super friendly and helpful with tips. Exciting for our budding biology student: there are numerous animals and plants to discover! We enjoyed that too.
