We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. We had a nice stay in the heart of the nice Navigli neighborhood. Everything was available for a comfortable accommodation. The sofa bed was also fine. Do bring earplugs to sleep well, the sound of people going out and passing trams is quite loud.

It was great! Laura is very friendly and profesional. We had a late flight and it was not a problem to check in late. I recomend this apartament for people going for a football match at San Siro Stadio, the bus stop is close and you can get there super easy and quickly. We are so happy that we chose this apartament. ❤️🖤

From booking to farewell, Lalla was always very friendly, attentive and helpful! The apartment is very well located for walking to the various points of interest in the city. It had the essentials for a short and comfortable stay.

Antonella was a fantastic host. Information was clear and communication was always prompt and useful. Neighborhood was calm and there are many great restaurants around. Short walk to a 24/7 grocery store. Close to all kinds of public transport. Fully recommend this stay for anyone.

Amazing location with fabulous views nothing was too much trouble for Edoardo, fabulous host and fabulous apartment would definitely recommend staying here. Little touches like the prosecco in the fridge on arrival and the ear plugs he honestly thinks of everything. Thank you for a great stay

We enjoyed this apartment very much, it looks exactly like the pictures and is it very clean. We found it easily and in the area there are lots of restaurants, parks and a shopping centre Citylife which we enjoy a lot. Davide is a great host, he responds within 30 minutes and will help you if you have a problem. Overall we had a great time and I recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Milan. ✨

Carlo’s place is outstanding. We had a wonderful time in Milan and it was in great part due to Carlo’s recommendations, location of his apartment and the overall condition of the place. Pristine, functional, well located, private and peaceful. Carlo was very attentive and happy to help and provide advice at any time. Next time we visit Milan, we will consider staying at Carlo’s place!

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

We stayed for 1 night with our 3 young children and we had the best time! The apartment is really well located to visit Milan and Como and had plenty of parking right outside. The apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable and our children loved the pool which was a huge highlight. The garden was lovely too. It was also great that we didn’t have to check out until midday and William was a super responsive host. A great stay & we would definitely come back

Davide and Jocabo we're so helpful in so many different ways. every time we had a need, they went above and beyond what was necessary. Having a lock box made it very easy to get into the unit. We were there over the weekend and the courtyard was so peaceful. The unit is incredibly large. Even by American standards! We couldn't have asked for a better way to start our Italian tour. Again kudos to the team!

Mateo and his wife were always available, very warm welcome. Very clean and spacious rental with a private parking space. Very close to Malpensa airport, in a friendly village, with lots of shops in the city center, there is plenty to do even on foot. We had a lovely stay at Mateo's, I recommend it with pleasure. We won't hesitate to come back again.
