This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. We had our daughter’s bridal party stay here because one needed a pet free place. This fit the bill. The hosts were very responsive, the hot tub was a fun addition, and it was not far from the venue.

Loved everything in this perfect bungalow, especially the well thought out little extras. The king bed was excell3nt. Good support, while being cushy. Very comfortable. Brian provided: plenty of towels, toilet paper, makeup towels, laundry pods and dryer sheets, premium sheets, cozy heat in every room, bath exhaust fan, everything to cook, just add meat and veg, plenty of bed side tables, sheers on windows plus darkening curtains, and tons of light, natural, lamps, & cool overhead lights, & much more. Very private with a nice wood fence around the entrance where you’ll find a fire pit and nice, comfortable chairs. Out the back door is another wooden fenced private area with the cleanest hot tub and water ever. Brian even had the water hot for us!

We had such a great time here. Totally walkable to most everything. Laura had great activities and dining suggestions. Laura and Greg were super friendly and helpful. Greg even offered an ice bucket if we needed to soak our legs after running the half marathon. She had everything decorated so nicely and many nice little touches like it was helpful to have mirrors in each bedroom with the single bath We so enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again

This was our second time staying at Yelena’s place. The property is lovely. The landscaping and back patio are beautifully maintained: a genuine sanctuary. The living areas are meticulously-kept, with comfortable beds and quality linens. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. We loved our time at this property and would look here first if we are back in the area.

The location of the house is awesome! very peaceful and private. The house itself is very nice with lots of space. The parking could be better, but with the road and yard set up as they are, it would be hard to remedy. We had a very nice, fun and relaxing stay. We may rent this one again in the future. :0)

Lindsey was not only highly responsive, as I booked day of stay, but also very informative about the area. I asked a couple questions and received detailed responses. I loved feeling like a local with all the insider tips. The home is lovely and conveniently located to downtown. It was clean and stocked with the basics/essentials. I would absolutely stay here again while visiting the area.
