We loved our stay at Justin’s place! Was the perfect fit for our family of 6.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while visiting our son just a few minutes away and this cottage was perfect. The entire place was super clean, and we felt comfortable being able to park in the garage. Bret has a helpful binder with instructions, contact info, and nearby restaurants and things to do. We would stay here again!

We stayed for my bachelorette party and we had a blast. close to downtown. clean. The kayaks are a total bonus!

Great place to stay while in town for my son's lacrosse tournament. Just a quick drive away from the fields and lots of food options nearby. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. We ended up not bringing our dogs this time, but the huge fenced backyard would have been perfect for them. We'll remember it for next time we do need to bring them.

Location is outstanding! Easy and quick walk to downtown/waterfront/hiking. Very quiet area of CDA. House was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space and nice sized rooms. The outdoor area was nicely designed and had great privacy. Amazing place to stay.

Alex's house was perfect for our needs. My family and I rented the house for 7 weeks. At various times we had 2 and 4 people and there was plenty of room with its large furnished basement. Alex was very flexible about check-in and departure times as well as changing our start date. The house was clean and well furnished. The couple of times that we requested something like extra light bulbs, Alex had it delivered thru Amazon the next day. It is in a safe residential area about a 10-minute walk from downtown.

Very very cute cottage! Jodi was very accommodating and sweet. Also, pet friendly! My dogs looooved it there!

This is a nice country setting,quite,clean,and peaceful. We enjoy our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to get out of town and enjoy the Natural Beauty of N Idaho .

By far one of the best places we had stayed in, peaceful, relaxing, tons of space for all of us and the host is VERY kind. Definitely appreciate the approval to be able to rent out the home when we had given a short notice.

This was a perfect place to stay while working in the area for 2 weeks. The house is beautifully remodeled and felt like home. Really appreciated off street parking. Was able to walk to grocery stores and downtown CDA. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was what it was advertised to be. The rooms / beds / ammenities were as described in the listing. Location suited our needs as we were in town for work. The house was not quite as cozy as home, but definitely much better than a hotel. Greg was a good host. He was very responsive when messaged. We didn't encounter any problems during our week-long stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind if / when we are back in town again.

The shower was the cleanest shower I have ever seen!! Props to that. But fair warning, it’s not truly pet friendly as the house rules say you will be charged extra for pet hair on furniture and that pets can’t get on the furniture. Other that that it was a great place to stay.

Lisa was very helpful and considerate . The property is perfect for bringing your dogs as the back yard is properly fences and hazard free. The interior is clean and well maintained and all the appropriate are top of the line.

We loved Jake’s place! It was much larger than in the pictures and very comfortable for our large family. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the pickleball and basketball court! Our dog loved the yard. We are already thinking about coming back. Thank you Jake!

We have stayed at Overlook Nook several times. It's in a great location, a nice walkable neighborhood. The house fits our needs when we come to Spokane to visit our daughter. Hilary is very responsive when we contact her. We look forward to staying there next time we are in town. JeanieB
