The apartment is wonderful! It is very clean, with a beautiful bathroom and a kitchen. The location is great, with close proximity to the lake. Great spot and great hosts, highly recommend!

Host were responsive and friendly really appreciated all their help. Home is beautiful and very comfortable , has everything you need plus many extras Bed is comfortable Parking so close to entrance ( no steps ) is a nice extra Would highly recommend

Great condo with lots of amenities. Very clean, comfortable, and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Location is beautiful. Walkable to dining, shops, movie theater, and the river. Secured parking and easy access. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available when I’m in the area.

Convient location in downtown, nice corner unit on top floor of apartment building. Garage parking easy access and fit our extended cab truck decently. Apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the provided sound machine and ear plugs as this location is NOISY with outside traffic/sirens (close to fire department and hospitals). We are used to city sounds but the building’s sound proofing is subpar. Luckily we brought an additional sound machine, earplugs and eye masks (room does not get completely dark). Light sleepers beware! Overall, we had an easy check-in/check-out and a clean place to sleep.

This place was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. It had every amenity we needed plus a few extras -- cruiser biles to look around the neighborhood and shop at local stores, adirondack chairs in the front yard, and rainier cherries we could pick and eat right from the tree in our yard! Douglas and Kristin were amazingly friendly. If we're ever in Coeur d'Alene, we would stay here.

This is a great place to stay very clean and private

The loft was the perfect place for our family of 4 during Car d’Lane weekend. Great location, very private and comfortable, and lots of amenities provided so you didn’t have to stop at the store on the walk back from downtown. Erik and Autumn were extremely flexible with us and responsive to all questions asked. They even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend the loft to anyone needing a place to stay in CDA!

Perfect cottage style home within walking distance to the lake, coffee and bars. We loved every minute of our stay, appreciated the wine and beds were comfy! Hot tub was a bonus, neighborhood was safe and we are already planning our next escape to Kaitlyn and Will’s place! Huge fans!!!

LOVED this place! Booked it for a vacation for my husband, myself and our baby. We brought our bikes and biked everywhere during our stay. The beach is literally a 5 min bike ride away. Home itself was clean (I have very high standards and was impressed), high quality and beautiful. Beds are very comfortable as are linens. 10/10!!

Great place near lots of attractions. The only downside is in the king bedroom you can hear noise above you other than that everything was wonderful!

After staying at Vince’s place next door and having a fantastic experience, we decided to try this one out and it did not disappoint. This home has a totally different vibe: super cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a laid-back family weekend or group getaway. You can tell Vince put the same care into creating a relaxing space that balances comfort, privacy, and fun. The backyard setup is amazing, a hot tub, a cold plunge, a large sauna, and a private patio that’s great for meals or just hanging out under the stars. Then a second hot tub off the primary suite balcony! We loved how quiet it felt, even being so close to all the CDA action. Plus, the detached room with the pool and ping pong tables was a fun bonus space, great for late night games. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use. The layout worked great for our group, especially with the extra privacy in the detached space. Vince was, once again, an awesome host. If you’re considering this spot, book it!

The place is in a great location next to restaurants and stores! It’s only 5 minutes from the lake! The condo was very open and clean; and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay for a trip to Silverwood! Walkable to Tubbs Hill and downtown CDA.

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

The most beautiful view you’ll ever see and the bed was comfortable! We plan to stay here again for sure!

The view from the decks of Lake Pend Oreille was beautiful and it was quiet and serene. The electronic keypad on the front door was not working well so we had some trouble getting into the house. Connie and Steve were quick to respond and we were eventually able to get back inside. Hopefully the keypad will be fixed or replaced so that this will not be a problem in the future. Other than this one inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay here very much.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Stayed at Jennifer’s and it was a great experience. The check in instructions were very clear and detailed. Great location with a lot to do in the immediate surrounding, and just a quick drive to downtown CDA. Additionally, we stayed here for to run the CDA 70.3 Ironman and it was the perfect location and the perfect place to properly prepare for and recover from the race, if your looking for a place for next years race this is the spot! Wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 would stay again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in CDA
