Shirley’s Lakeside Home was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning surroundings—serene views, peaceful trails right out back, and fantastic birdwatching opportunities. The house itself was immaculate, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more!). The beds were comfortable with plenty of soft blankets and pillows, and we loved the selection of games for family nights. It’s rare to find a rental that checks every box, but this one truly did. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped getaway by the lake! 5 STAR STAY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ryan was a lifesaver. 4 days before my stay, a house management company canceled on me and Ryan came to the rescue. He provided my group with a very enjoyable stay on short notice! Spotless and extremely clean house. Home feels brand new. Ryan’s spot in Bayview ID is greatly suited for families looking for a nice relaxing spot with the best lake to boat on. Ryan the hostess has amazing communication skills and the quickest response time!! Ryan made me feel like a close friend and I have the highest of respect for him. We will be back!!

We loved vacationing at this location with our boat. The house was very clean and homey. There was excellent outdoor dining space on the big porch and outdoor lounge area near the water. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Amazing home located in excellent distance from downtown CDA. Will definitely be recommending and utilizing this rental again!

The communication with Josh was top notch! I’m a pretty busy person and don’t always get to messages or have time to follow up, but I didn’t need to! Josh was on it with clear instructions every step of the way! The view was phenomenal and it was surprisingly private. Most homes on the lake are right next to each other but this home gave awesome views without being on top of the neighbors! 10/10!!

We had a great stay, loved the area! We took walks around sunset along the river which was beautiful. The place was very clean and comfortable!

Katharine went above and beyond, making our family’s Christmas stay a wonderful experience. She furnished the home beautifully with tasteful Christmas decorations and comfortable furniture. She had also put up a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. She personally greeted us with a basket of cookies, and she showed us the important details about the house to make our stay pleasant. The house had just about everything we needed for a wonderfully memorable trip. There’s room inside the house and outside on the grounds to spread out. Lots of places to explore for kids. We very much appreciated the serenity and quiet, which we have at our own home. We loved seeing a bald eagle fly by several times daily, beside the geese, ducks, and loons. If we are ever this way again, we would stay here in a heartbeat.

Wonderful and relaxing stay! The house was walking distance to downtown and everything about the house felt like home! We are already planning our next stay here!

We had a relaxing, fun time here. Sometimes an air b&b doesn’t quite have the vibe of the photos, however Connor’s place exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully remodeled and clean. The kitchen is spacious enough for several to work in, and the deck is a great place to relax. 3 families shared the home comfortably with room to spread out, as well as comfortable spaces to be together. Several of us enjoyed getting out on the lake using the peddle boat. We are already talking about returning, thanks for a great time!

we loved staying at Mandy's place. It was in a great location. we could walk down town easily. It was close to trails, the lake and really good resteraunts. Beautiful home with comfy beds.

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

Beautiful property. Super comfortable. Beautiful surrounding. Yet very accessible and not far from downtown. Lots of activities and options provided with the house. check-in / check-out and communication in general were super smooth. We had a great vacation - thank you !

It was beautiful, quiet, and the dock access was perfect for our kayaks and paddle boards. It was great being able to bring my poodle and not have to worry about finding a pet sitter. Sheri was friendly and very responsive throughout the whole process. Everyone enjoyed playing foosball and hanging out at the fire pit outside. It was a nice touch to have extra life vests to use seeing as we totally forgot our life vests so that was literally a life safer! The hot tub was clean and ready to go when we got there which made it so easy to use! Lots of space for our whole group to eat on the patio and plenty of beds for everyone to be comfortable. Lastly, I have to mention the view from all three decks on the house. You almost need to try to not get a lake view while on the property. Our family is already talking about when we can come back!!

This was arguably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We frequently rent through Airbnb for our retreats and I was blown away by how clean it was. I also deeply appreciated her flexibility with check in! She allowed us to check in early! LOVED how beautiful this home was & especially loved the fireplace! We will be back!

Truly! We cannot say it succinctly enough - this was one of our most favorite stays! The communication, the kindness, the accommodations and amenities … we felt so welcome. Plus being well-appointed, the home is spacious, trendy cute, and laid out so well. We would highly recommend this home to our friends and family - and anyone reading this!

We were in town helping friends move, and this is a great little hideaway and reprieve in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, and we love the old house. Thank you so much for the labels on the drawers. It's often so difficult to find things when we a visit an Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family of 11 ranging in age from 3 months to grand-parents. The big dining room table was perfect for family meals and games. And I'm not sure who had more fun in the game room – the kids or the adults. The tree house was also a big hit for the kids. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed the just had the lights on for me when I showed up, the covered parking along with the deer and bunnies that I would see outside. It was quite too. I would come back again.
