All you need for a nice stay: 1. Great location. Only 3-5 minutes walk to Skytrain/Metro. 2. Clean home with modern design. 3. Amazing River View! 4. Private bedroom and private bathroom; comfortable bed; big TV with Netflix; Nespresso coffee etc. 5. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, bars, cinema etc. 6. Responsible host. (I am trying my best to offer 5-star service). (PLEASE NOTE MY LISTING TYPE IS NOT ENTIRE HOME)
“Location, location, location. Talk about a view from a beautiful condo! We highly recommend Lu’s place when coming to Vancouver area. Close to the Skytrain so can get downtown within 1/2 hour with no hassles. Right out the front door and you can enjoy restaurants or a walk along the boardwalk. We just loved our stay and look forward to coming back.”

“Dmitry’s place is a modern condo unit near downtown Surrey. The unit is clean and well maintained. It was a safe area. It is a bit far to walk to the shopping mall or grocery store though. The bedroom doesn’t have any windows but has a queen size bed. The bathroom was large and shower water pressure good. There is a small table for two people to eat next to the sleep sofa. There is one parking spot located on P2 next to the elevator. Dmitry was very responsive via text. I would definitely stay again.”
