Great place 100% worth it to stay! Felt like home and was close to a lot of places to eat, shop and see!

Wonderful airbnb with plenty of room. Comfortable beds and fully stocked with everything we needed. Hope to stay here again!

Short walk to everything. Bike rental is only one short block away too

We loved our stay in Michele's condo overlooking the river. Parking for 1 small car onsite was great. Location very nice, walkable to some restaurants, shopping, even a movie theatre. Or a nice walk along the river. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, and we really loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having our coffee overlooking the water and would not hesitate to rebook this excellent home again.

Throughout our stay, seemingly every-time we turned around, we would say this place is perfect, this place is so comfortable, etc… And it was; it was just right. Thank you kindly for the great stay. Hope to be stay at your place again next time through. Cheers

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised at how many extra touches there were. massage chairs, games, book, magazines, extra toiletries, camp chairs to use outside, she thought of everything! it was great!

Great location for downtown events, walkable, great view. Train traffic at night, but pretty short and only noticeable in the front room

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

Got extremely lucky finding this gem! So close to downtown CDA and the space was absolutely perfect. Everything from the bedding to the decor was spot on. Came here to celebrate my sister’s birthday and couldn’t have had a better experience. Before arrival Eric asked if there was anything additional needed for our stay. The gesture was very kind and appreciated. The communication was clear and detailed. Overall our stay was a 10/10. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone needing a quaint home in downtown CDA. Bret was a fantastic host. Quick to respond and very friendly. Clean, quiet, and quaint, Bret’s place was like home away from home. I loved that he had a big garage to park in, it fit my 8 1/2 foot van. I had a peaceful wonderful stay.

We ended up having to bring our young kids at the last minute and it ended up being a perfect place for them. Really appreciated the availability of a pack n play and plastic dish ware. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a black out shade which was good for naps. Robert was great to work with, would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jacob's place. The location was close to the lake, shopping and restaurants. We stayed in late October and the tree-lined street was breathtaking especially the bright red maple trees in front of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the off-street parking was definitely a plus. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed. You can tell the owners take good care of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at Diana's place while visiting our daughter, son in law and grandkids in CdA. The house is really comfy and the kitchen is amazingly well supplied with almost everything one could possibly need., including unusual spices/herbs, utensils, foil, plastic wrap, coffee. Diana was very responsive and helpful for our couple of requests. Thank you for a lovely stay!

my family just had Thanksgiving dinner there we did not stay the night the house was great to use for I had a couple family members come in from out of town

We loved our stay here! I parked my car the day we arrived and didn’t drive again until we left. We walked to downtown a couple of times; while walking the dogs last night I appreciated how safe the area felt. Loved the hot tub and the ease of everything!

This is a wonderful place to stay in downtown Coeur D'Alene! Very homey older home with all the modern conveniences. Clean, bright, sunny, lovely walkable streets and minutes from the lake. We loved it!

Troy and Jolie were awesome hosts. They made the most adorable and most comfortable place to stay. It lacked for nothing and even had thoughtful extras. Would stay again!

Seasons is just a lovely resort-style development and extraordinary views of the lake - wonderful private beach and fun pool! Our condo was just perfect! Would definitely recommend and also would stay again!!

Place was great. Loved the beautiful views. Very comfortable beds and many great kitchen utensils which is usually a problem when renting an air bnb they don’t have the things you need when cooking. A little too far from town. For us, we are younger and wanted to go out and enjoy the night life. But if you are looking for some place peaceful, this is your spot.

My family really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just EASY with the host and space. I loved the "make up towels" in the bathroom and the welcome basket - well thought out extra touches. The beds were all comfy and everything was very clean and organized. You can tell the hosts take pride in their hospitality.

We felt so comfortable and at home in Sarah & Natalie's place. Sarah kindly reached out the morning after we arrived to check in with us and make sure that all was well, and that we had everything we needed. And before we arrived I wrote a note to ask if there was a blender -- as we typically start the day with a protein shake. And Sarah responded that they have a blender for us. When I went to use it the plastic piece was still on the outlet plug... it was brand new, never used! Sarah confessed that Natalie had purchased a blender due to my request/question. That was above and beyond in my book! If we are ever in the area again, I would definitely do my best to stay at Petite Lakeside Living again ☺️.
