Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

Every morning they cleaned the bathroom, so it was always spotless. It's close to the train station, so I could walk there without any problems. Alessandro also asked me about my tastes and gave me a lot of recommendations. Excellent place.

Very well located for visiting Venice by train. Private parking. 5 minutes by car from the center, the train station, and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Highly recommended.

Best thing was that Adriana picked me up from the local train station (Dolo) well after midnight since my flight was very delayed. She also let me know someone else was staying so I knew if I heard anything, it would be the other guest. The blanket on the bed had several dark small stains and there was dust in some of the drawers. Apart from that, it was clean. In the booking it mentioned “2 guest maximum” which I assumed meant I could have someone over. My friend came with me one day (didn’t spend the night) but Adriana told me that wasn’t allowed and I was charged an extra 31 euros. So, be sure to ask for clarification before having someone come over. Other than that, I recommend her bnb. The local train station is ~12 min walk and it takes you to main attractions for cheap. It’s a calm and peaceful neighborhood. Be sure to enter the correct address. There is another Dolo and street with very similar name! I learned the hard way.

A hidden gem! The terrace was a lovely surprise, and the apartment had a cosy, local feel—like living as a real local. Loved it! The owner was very kind and made sure our stay was comfortable too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really perfect stay! The property is easy to find, located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Several typical restaurants can be easily reached on foot or in a few minutes by car, so the location is also excellent for those who want to discover local flavors. The rooms are new, furnished with taste and attention to detail, very welcoming and very clean. The bathroom is spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is rich and with excellent quality products, perfect for starting the day well. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility of check-in and the speed of responses from the host, always available and kind. We really felt at home. Highly recommended!

When other Airbnb users rated this stay as "my best stay" we really didn't expect it to be this good. Although me and my 2 girlfriends are on this journey with our concerns, Mauro is definitely the sweetest, helpful, meticulous, understanding, generous and friendly person you will ever encounter in your life. This was absolutely our best stay. Felt at home. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were excellent and filling. Mauro even brewed us coffee every morning. He helped us set up the route and had prepared files where you can find everything you need with his own hands. Transportation to the center of Venice was very easy and fast. A place and host that you should definitely experience and will never be dissatisfied! I will be back...

We were welcomed by Maurizio's parents. Very kind and very nice people. We met Maurizio at breakfast the next day, he gave us useful directions and served us an excellent breakfast (homemade cookies and cakes). We needed to repair the bicycles, they came to meet us and solved the problem. The accommodation matched what was offered, impeccable cleanliness. I recommend it and will definitely be back again. This place is a gem!! It is so easy to get to and from the train station and the bus is only 2-3 minutes walk. It is beautiful, modern, clean, and well equipped. Natalia even left us a lovely welcome gift of Prosecco. The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is well designed and there is a small safe. In the morning there is a lovely breakfast of yogurt, fruit, pastries, juice and coffee to start your day off right. Natalia does not speak English well yet, but she understands perfectly and uses Google translate like a Pro! We had all our questions answered, she made recommendations for restaurants and even helped us print some documents we required. Another valuable plus for us is that we were able to store our luggage for a few hours so we could enjoy Venice a bit more. The train to Santa Lucia station is only 10 min from Mestre, so if you want to have an amazing stay but not pay Venice prices, I would recommend this lovely place!

Francesco and Sara are very friendly and genuine. They welcomed us home and explained everything you needed to know for a pleasant visit to Venice and its surroundings. The house is a typical Venetian villa and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cigliegina on the cake at the end of the stay was a demonstration of one of his musical inventions; ask him to learn more. Highly recommended host for kindness and availability! The accommodation is spectacular. A beautiful place with a family atmosphere and very accessible to Venice by train. Margarita is a sweetheart. Always ready to help in any way... even upon our arrival she suggested we eat with her and her family. We felt right at home. Highly recommended

Traveling for business, I found Sylvie's B&B very welcoming and clean. Good amenities, faithful to the description, excellent breakfast. Very quick to respond and very courteous host.
