We loved the location. Walking distance to beach. Very friendly & responsive host.

The house has a ton of space and is a short walk to the beach. We loved the foosball table and the beach supplies! The house is located next to a restaurant and street lights that made it pretty bright at night when trying to sleep, even with the blinds and shades closed. Publix is very close by, as well as restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

Perfect, spacious house with the beach right in the backyard! We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

If you are thinking of booking this space don’t hesitate! This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It’s comfortable and spacious and is so well stocked with great quality amenities. If you like to cook you will love all of the cookware and appliances. Jan is a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to either Jetty Park to watch the cruise ships sail out, to Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course, to the beach (literally 350 steps, I counted). We loved the 2nd floor balcony as well as the Tiki Hut. The condo had a great HVAC system. It was very quiet and kept the place at a consistent temperature. The air purifiers kept the air fresh and clean. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. We loved using the beach chairs and umbrella so that we did not have to haul our own. Grocery stores and great restaurants were close by and the beach was footsteps away. The condo was very clean and the host had everything that we needed!

Such an amazing stay here! Loved being able to walk right out to the beach whenever we wanted. We rented the golf cart, which was wonderful for driving to the nearby stores. Was the perfect spot for our trip! Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had lots of fun surfing. We are avid boarders and this was a nice place to stay for Cocoa Beach. We were able to surf and get to the skatepark. We were also able to see a few rocket launches.

Jennifer and all the people that work with her are amazing and on it! The place was clean and huge, minimalist and relaxing, upon arrival. Jennifer was always quick and responsive to my needs and questions. Beds are comfy, linens soft and new. A nicely outfitted kitchen, all my basic needs were met, anything else I needed was easily accessible on foot, nice shopping blocks away and a Publix grocery very close by. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Jennifer is very welcoming to pets, which seems to be rarer these days and the neighborhood provides nice walking and a close by is a park with lakes to walk around. I would recommend staying here and at any listing of Jennifer's.

Sandy's condo is in a great location only two blocks from a very nice beach. She has two beach chairs available to use. The neighborhood is quiet. The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a small porch off the master bedroom and also a deck. The porch and deck get the afternoon sun so depending on the time of year you visit it might be to hot to sit on the deck. The main level has a big sectional with lots of seating. Because the condo is the middle unit it tends to be dark on the main floor. Sandy was quick to respond. Kennedy Space Center is worth the visit. Pappagallos Pizza which is a 1/2 mile from the condo was very good. We had the very best meal and service at Islands Fish Grill. It was so good we went back a second time.

We had a wonderful time at Angela’s place. Angela was very informative, considerate and provided excellent communication throughout the entire stay. We were also impressed with all information and local recommendations provided. The house was exactly as pictured, private beach and views were amazing. Would love to visit again.

Our family of five enjoyed a fantastic stay here. The location couldn’t be better, just a one‑minute stroll to the beach and steps from the Cocoa Beach Pier. With lots of restaurants, and cafés all within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this property for a great beach getaway!

We stayed in the house for 10 days. It was absolutely fantastic! The king size bed was extremely comfortable. All of the appliances worked very well and appeared to be recently upgraded. The location was hard to beat! The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. There were several bars and restaurants right around the corner. But the main attraction was the beach which you could walk to in less than five minutes. The beach was not crowded, even on Labor Day! We spent many hours strolling along the beach. When coming back to the Melbourne area, we will definitely be looking at staying here again!

Beautiful place right on the beach. View from the master bedroom can't be beat! Totally stocked with beach toys, indoor kids toys and baby supplies - including a small stroller for walks to nearby coffee shops. We had a great stay here!

It is a very beautiful and updated-lace. I really liked having 3 bathrooms in the place. They were really responsive and fast to get someone to fix the fridge water dispenser. I’m so glad we picked this place up!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s home. The house was immaculate and so peaceful and comfortable. We loved being a short walk from the beach, and being able to lounge on the balcony after a long day. We had our toddler with us and really appreciated the children’s items (pack and play, baby gate, booster seat, games and toys) that were tucked out is sight but in easy reach. We didn’t plan on doing laundry on our trip but after a messy beach day it was so nice to be able to do a quick load of laundry (I wish my washer and dryer at home were this nice!). We were in Florida to visit family in the area and I am so glad I booked Laura’s home, it was like our peaceful little oasis that we could retreat to after the chaos the beach with a toddler and extended family. We will definitely be booking again on future visits.

The house was perfect for us! The private backyard and pool was very relaxing and peaceful. Kitchen and baths well stocked and super clean. Would definitely rent again if we end up back there.

I loved my stay here--it's has great amenities for an extended stay. It's right across from Paradise Beach, which was surprisingly uncrowded, even on Memorial Day. This is a great little spot for a getaway :) Pedro & Clare were very communicative and very quick to respond to my questions. They even have beach supplies provided!

Yanni’s place was perfect for our stay and was exactly what we needed. Clear instructions for everything and very friendly neighborhood.

This is one of the top places we've stayed. Memory foam beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking and leftover containers. We really enjoyed the patio. Location was easy in, easy out with lots of shopping, restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.
