Vacation rentals in Matanuska-Susitna

We had a great fall weekend here with friends and appreciated all the amenities. Hosts were friendly, kind and accommodating. The sauna was nice and everyone had fun paddling on the lake. The space was great for our group of eight.

Deb’s cabin was the PERFECT experience for my then girlfriend, now Fiancée, to spend the most special weekend we’ve ever had. Deb was an A+ communicator before and during our stay. The cabin was fully equipped with everything that we needed. It was also very awesome that we were able to bring our dog with us. If you want a hidden little slice of life, stay at the Fisherman’s Hop hosted by Deb!!

We absolutely loved the space! The decor was beautifully put together and you can tell that much effort was put into making the space cozy and homey. We loved the Christmas decor and my daughter especially loved the Christmas tree. The house is a little off the beaten path but it was quiet and felt like a safe neighborhood. The beds are comfy and the linens felt of good quality. Really appreciated the extra touches of q-tips, shampoo and body wash, and lots of coffee with creamer! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends looking for a place to stay in the valley. Thank you!

The Trailside Airbnb in Willow, AK was beautiful. The surrounding area is gorgeous and the rental is exactly as pictured. We were greeted kindly by Kale and Carrie and were lucky enough to be able to say hi to a few of Carrie's sweet dogs. Check-in was a breeze and a nice fire was waiting for us. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if you got cold. The only con was the water. It was smelly and left my hands smelling like metal. Thankfully, there was a large 5 gallon container of water that we were encouraged to use. I highly recommend this rental.

Anna’s place was just what my family and I needed. Surrounded by woods, overlooking the lake was a perfect way to end our Alaska trip.

This is my second time staying with Renee and Mark. I used the space to work from home, the dining area was perfect for home office. The cabin is so cute and peaceful. One of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed. Renee is proactive and very responsive. I am greatful to have been given the opportunity to stay again and would love to re book in the future :)

Our family of 10 road tripped from Boise, Idaho all the way to Trapper Creek, Alaska! This home was our final destination along our road trip and was the perfect place to relax, explore Denali, and celebrate a huge milestone birthday! The home is the most well stocked airbnb we’ve ever rented from, they have truly thought of everything. We loved using the paddleboat and kayaks and were blessed with clear skies to be able to see a lot of the mountain range from the lake. The only negative of our entire experience was that all of the beds and pillows were a bit on the firm side. Other than that, we would absolutely recommend to any Alaskan adventurers.

The wood stove is fantastic! We used it and it gave a cozy atmosphere! The bathroom and kitchen are well designed. The house is cozy and a nice spot of Denali.
