Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maryland

We had such a wonderful stay! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—honestly better than my own at home—with 5-6 large pots, an Instant Pot, every spice you could think of,peelers (which saved me!), and both a NutriBullet and a regular blender. It made cooking for the family a breeze. The kid had a blast on the trampoline, and we all loved the easy beach access with calm waters perfect for swimming all day and kayaking. The beach was also perfect for a peaceful morning run, and at night we could see the lighthouse light on the water. The porch quickly became our favorite spot—we gathered there to watch a rainstorm and were treated to a stunning double rainbow. The sky was full of stars at night, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. The grill on the porch made cooking super convenient. We enjoyed being close to a large park where we played pickleball. The beds were large and comfortable—everyone slept really well. Michael was a fantastic host—very attentive and accommodating.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

It was a great stay after a long day roaming around Washington DC and Maryland. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated with very inspiring words of wisdom providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Kelly has been very informative and detailed on the instructions to help us on a very smooth check in and check out process. The location was fantastic and quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!"

me and my wife stayed here with our 2pups willow and mazie. place was AMAZING for the dogs. fenced in back yard in and wrap around front porch that we ALL could enjoy neighbors were wonderful people and Dog lovers ❤️. James was a GREAT HOST. we actually got to meet him in person. I wish we could have spent more time talking. locationis KEY. run the dogs at fenwick beach then hop down downtown to plenty of restaurants and bars...we will definitely be back...thank you james

We have used the home previously for additional space for visiting family. Was convenient again.

Sunny Days is a fun place for a family gathering - in our case to attend a festival. Bill+ are great hosts: you know upfront everything about the property, and they deliver!! Wonderful hosts!

This was my second stay at Dawn's place and it was exactly the same as before - very comfortable and accommodating, great location and excellent communication. We look forward to staying here again next year, highly recommended!

This was probably the first Airbnb we stayed where we wouldn't have been upset if it rained! The unit has such a wonderful eclectic feel with so many little treasures to enjoy. From opening the gate and walking through the landscaping of hidden fountains, yard art, and inviting spaces to the beautifully furnished living space w/ gas fire place , spacious bedroom with a plush bed, all was a delight! Walking distance from an amazing park with pickleball & trails to DC, too easy to get around! LOVED it & look forward to another stay!!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The property was spotless, clean, and incredibly well-equipped with excellent amenities that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—an easy walk to great restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and convenient grocery stores. There were also beautiful walking trails and tons of public parks nearby that my toddler absolutely loved exploring. What truly set this experience apart was the host, Jundong—he was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Ryam is a very responsive host. The apartment was as described and he was very flexible with the check-in which helped us greatly. The apartment was close to the downtown and all of the Frederick amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

We enjoyed a comfortable 8-day stay here. Trust the people who left reviews on Airbnb—everything is clean and conveniently arranged. The space is private and independent, offering peace and quiet. The host’s attention to detail is evident everywhere. We especially appreciated the warm air heater in the bathroom—it was such a nice touch. We highly recommend this place!

Wow! This place is fantastic. You absolutely cannot beat the location with a balcony that overlooks the ocean. The place was perfect for our stay as a family with our toddler son - and Amie had everything we needed (pack and play, high chair, beach toys, etc.). The condo is pristine and so conveniently located. We stayed for 4 nights and could not have been happier with this spot! Will be our go to rental in the future. Book it - you won’t regret it! Amie was an excellent host and provided great recommendations as well.

Highly recommend! We love staying in North Ocean City. Much calmer and more family friendly. This condo is in the perfect location and the value was great. Check in easy and communication was flawless.

We have stayed with Raif several times now. Always a pleasure to deal with him and his wife. We knew he just changed the living room furniture. It is super comfortable and the sleep sofa passed my daughter's sleep test. They have private balconies so you can sit in your own space (the others have a shared walkway). We even had enough room to set up a portable full size crib in the second bedroom. Plenty of space for all. We ate at Dead Freddie's and Bad Monkey as usual and ordered in. We will definitely be back. I think Raif is an awesome host. Very quick to respond. Thanks Raif!

We stayed at this condo for the Boardwalk Rock festival, and it was a great quiet spot to stay. Melissa communicated everything we needed and even warned us that it was a festival weekend in case we didn’t know. The condo was clean, tidy, and easy to get in and out of if driving. It’s about 3 miles from the very end (South End) of the boardwalk and 3/4 to the beginning (North End) to give you an idea of walking distances.

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Heathers place. Very comfortable and felt like home. We really appreciated the Welcome book she provided which gave us all kinds of recommendations for food, drink and activity. We will be coming back!

We stayed here for a last minute labor day weekend trip with our 1 and 3 year olds. The accomodations were just what we needed. The beach/boardwalk, some restaurants, and stores were within walking distance. But you definitely want a wagon if you're lugging chairs and stuff to the beach. The owners were super friendly and quick to respond to our messages. The condo was very clean and mostly childproof- they even had a pack n play and high chair for us! My daughter loved the cute pool area right down the walkway. Overall, this was a great central spot in OCMD and we would definitely stay again!

Vicki and Fred’s home was in an excellent location and had an awesome view. It was fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and beach gear which was super helpful! The beds were super comfy and we had a card and bottle of bubbly to welcome us which was a nice touch. The communication was great and we are grateful for the memories.
