Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Manitou Springs

Very nice backyard, the snacks and pastries made up for the mini kitchen. One am our coffee pot and microwave breaker went out but the host was very prompt and within min everything working! One extra was a cool hideaway play area for young children. Every space was utilized very efficiently. Kids loved the jacuzzi. We even grilled freshly caught fish upstairs on the deck for dinner one night!!

Linda was fantastic to work with and was very responsive. Location was near everything we wanted to see. House was very clean. Would highly recommend!

This home is around the corner to Garden of the Gods. Great location - well kept - housed 2 adults + 3 kids very comfortably. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking and outdoor adventures. Definitely recommend for a small family.

Great stay! Check in is a little later than what we hoped and we couldn’t check in early but everything with the house was great and no issues

We were a group of 8 people and this house was perfect for us. My husband and our four kids plus two other adults were traveling together and the layout was great for a mixed group. The triple single bedroom and the room with kids beds were both in the basement, as well as one of the queen bedrooms. The ping pong table, foozball table, and arcade tables were all there so it was great for the kids. Upstairs were two queen sized bedrooms and the master bedroom with the King bed+bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and dining room were open and spacious, so we could all eat together and hang out comfortably. The hot tub was clean and there was plenty of outdoor seating. Everything in the house was pristine and clean. Our only complaint was that there weren't enough washcloths in the house for 8 people, and we had an issue with a tub not draining, but both of those issues were promptly taken care of! The hostess was responsive and helpful and made sure we had a super comfortable stay.

Very well maintained and clean. The rooms are big. Unlike many split level homes, this one has 3 bedrooms on the main level with the kitchen and living room, so there was not alot of up and downstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and looks like you are in a small village and not 2 minutes off Academy Blvd. The got tub was clean and worked well. I had several family members staying and a hotel would not have been this nice or roomy or affordable or private. The family thanks you!

Archer’s home is a great little slice of staycation heaven! If you’re looking for some fun in the sun or a nice family bbq this place will not disappoint! Near to the wonderful Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and near to stores! Relaxing, quiet and beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was spectacular and accommodated all of my family. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit!

This place really filled the bill. It was enormous but felt homey which is a real trick. Everyone had space and yet we came together naturally. The back yard is really nicely enclosed with plenty of chairs. Had no idea we would hang out there for hours. It is an historic house with creeks and quirks, but nicely updated and decorated. Great location and worked really well for a graduation party of 9 plus various children stopping in! One family stayed in the coach house, so that worked well too.

We were looking for a secluded cabin with a hot tub. That is what we found here. It was a very relaxing getaway. The cabin was nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything needed for a weeks stay. The instructions were clearly written out. It made it much easier to know what to do, since we had never stay in a place like that. We highly recommend staying here.

This cabin was so clean and easy to find! We had the best time staying here for my bachelorette. Hosts responded very fast and friendly with any questions we had during our stay.

Fawn cabin was the perfect place for a little mountain get away! It was remote without feeling isolated, being only 15 min or so from Florissant, without being surrounded by people. There were ample instructions on how to use amenities (i.e the fire stove and hot tub), beds were comfy, and kitchen was fully stocked! Highly recommend.

This place is close enough to Woodland Park and Hwy 24 to have plenty of grocery and dining opportunities to be a home away from home. An off road vehicle is a must as the road is dirt with ruts from drainage. It is maintained very well though. I was warned by a neighbor about the bears, but i only saw deer. Place is well equipped if you want to just ‘hibernate’ and let your care drift away. Loved it, will stay there again.

We absolutely adored this cabin! It was one of our favorites so far and we will definitely be back. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, walked the trail behind the cabin, and loved the views from the deck. While the cabin is secluded, we had no problem venturing out and enjoying Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, and the Cheyenne mountain zoo.

Awesome place. The cabin and the surrounding views and properties were spectacular. This cabin was worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

Central, great location between cities. Lots of things to do in any direction. From caves and trails to food and fun. The house was exactly how it’s advertised. Early mornings on the lower deck swings to watch the sunrise are AMAZING! All the necessary things you’ll need for your stay was available. Shauna was an amazing hostess and very friendly. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!
