Ali was very responsive. His place was neat, clean, and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay. I loved how close it was to the beach. He was nice enough to put an air-conditioning unit on the bottom floor for us as it was very warm downstairs. Bed and rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Only thing I had to bring was towels and wash clothes. He had stocked the basic essentials to get us started and the kitchen was fully furnished. I definitely recommend him and will stay again! Thank you for a great week!!

Perfect location for our ski week meeting up with family and friends. The location was perfect. Plenty of space and kitchen well supplied.

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) and my parents stayed here for 4 nights. There was plenty of space. Large kitchen. Air conditioning downstairs and in 2 bedrooms upstairs. We were pleased to be just a 15 minute walk away from Moody beach and slightly closer to Crescent Beach. We also walked down to Wells beach and ate at the Lobster pound nearby. A 5 minute walk brings you to a seaside lookout spot with benches where the lightening in the distance gave us a show one evening. Nice to walk everywhere instead of dealing with the traffic. The house is on a quiet street. Clean. Comfortable beds. The large couch in the living room is more comfortable to sleep on than the futon.

So centrally located, cozy and with plenty of space!

We had a wonderful ski weekend with two families at the condo. It's a perfect location and very comfortable. We enjoyed all the games and toys provided for those who don't ski. The listing was as pictured and we felt at home right away.

Our stay here was terrific! The house was cozy, clean, and lovely -- fit with beautiful artwork and convenient amenities. It was an easy walk to lots of great restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful stay, and can't recommend this house highly enough!

It is always difficult to judge a place by the pictures on a screen vs what it looks like when you walk in. Judy's home far exceeded anything we expected. As each person walked in, the initial reaction was "Wow"! The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most meals at home. The furniture was comfortable and very clean. The master bedroom and especially the master bathroom was incredible. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and each room had a view of either the ocean or the river where many boats tied up. We could not have asked for anything more.

Lovely Beach home! The place was not only comfortable, but also beautiful appointed, making our stay really enjoyable! Clean, lots of amenities, hosts easy to communicate and available! Lots of things to do around and beach is less than 5 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend your charming home! I hope to come back soon!

Katie was a great host. The condo has everything, including one of the most well stocked kitchens I have seen in an Airbnb. There was plenty of space and it was spotless. Beautiful surroundings and perfect location for a stay at Sugarloaf. Katie responded quickly to my request for a later checkout and she was kind enough to allow it as well. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. There are a restaurants and a food truck park within walking distance of the place. The neighbors were also friendly. There’s quite a lot to do within 20 minutes north and south. We had a question when we arrived and we were able to get in touch with Rob and Carrie right away. Thanks for a great stay!

Jesica’s place was great! Perfect location from shops and beach, but not too close so you have privacy. The place itself is spacious, we definitely did not feel like we were on top of each other. Jesica responded quickly and was very kind. They did a great job with the temp of the House, its central air so you don’t have control over the A/C (there are lots of fans through out to move air around). Over all great place! Will definitely be returning back! Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Harmony Hall! Just a short walk to long sands beach! Close to restaurants and shopping. The space was clean and cozy!

This was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. The place was clean, roomy, and looked as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the fridge was stocked with a few drinks and snacks and we had plenty of towels. This reminds me of how most of the listings on Airbnb USED to be (meaning the hosts didn't nickel and dime you for everything, actually went out of their way to make you feel welcome and provided basic amenities. I absolutely recommend this to others and if I return to Bar Harbor, I will see if this place is available again.

Wonderful family vacation making beautiful memories! The beach is very close (about a mile) and general store and ice cream shop are in walking distance. This is a wonderful spot for small families.

David was a fantastic host, quick to communicate and attentive to details. The space exceeded our expectations, with everything listed and more! The fresh, welcoming scent upon entry was a nice touch. The decor and overall ambiance made it feel cozy and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we loved the thoughtful extras. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

I stayed in Vanessa’s place to view leaves in NH and it was so convenient. It’s easy to pop down to Portland for a days visit. The location is as described, clean, and extremely spacious. I would stay again. Vanessa is also very responsive. 10/10

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The location was awesome. It’s a very, very short walk to the beach and Ocean Park downtown area. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation, you really cannot beat Lindsay’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, we really appreciated Lindsay’s organization and detailed instructions. We can’t recommend this spot enough!!!!

Stayed for a mix of exploring and relaxing with family. Great spot, comfortable beds and a quick 15 minute drive down into Old Port. Deb was quick to respond to questions and had clear instructions for check in & check out.
