Great stay! Nice area

The place was awesome with a nice view on the 22nd floor. Located in the heart of Downtown Dallas. The apartment was very clean and colorful with lights, bathroom closet and kitchen were very nice. I’m making this my go to place whenever I’m in town. Located around restaurants and other attractions. If you ever in the area please book with them.

This appt is stunning! Exactly as pictured and described! Every item you may need is provided, and logically placed so things are easily found. The coffee bar was a great touch! I was worried about the noise because of how busy it was downtown, but I actually couldn’t hear A THING especially with the fan and A\C humming. (They provide earplugs if needed though) The location is super convenient and had a lot of great restaurants/bars within very short walking distances. The only downside is the parking, which was a bit difficult to find at first, but was actually pretty convenient once I knew where it was. The host is very responsive, accommodating, and very friendly! Amazing long weekend getaway…I would absolutely stay here again!

Debbie’s place was amazing! Location was perfect, right on main st, it was beautiful and comfortable inside, lots of thoughtful amenities, and her communication was great even while on a European cruise! Would love to stay again!

Was a great stay! We were driving long hours and needed somewhere to stay for the night at short notice and cynthia was fast and responsive when accepting our reservation! She made instructions very clear and the place was very comfy and clean! lots to do around the area as well. I 100% recommend!

We enjoyed the stay! The apartment was well kept and had everything we needed for a long term stay (>4 months). Although there was a lot of road noise during the day, it was calm on weekends and in the evenings. Being an apartment, we could hear our neighbors at night (bedrooms next to each other), but a pair of earplugs solved that issue. There was a table and chairs on the patio that we took advantage of when the weather was nice. Caroline was an amazing host and that is the main reason we highly recommend this location. She responded almost immediately when we had questions. She proactively let us know when there was a Wi-Fi outage. Overall a great experience!!

A perfect spot for anyone staying in Dallas!

Great place to stay! Close to everything in the Know-Henderson area but still very quiet. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and well-equipped. Having on-site designated parking was super-helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I'm going to agree with the other reviews that say pictures don't do this space justice. beautiful home, beautiful place to stay the amenities were a huge bonus for us and I hope we get the chance to stay here again! Great host would highly recommend to anyone searching for a cozy peaceful place

This place was perfect. Location is great if you’re needing access to Baylor Medical or other medical facilities in downtown Dallas. Very secluded feel despite being in the middle of everything. Host was very friendly. We did make one special request and he was able to accommodate. Also very responsive. If I need to make another trip to Dallas, I will check for this place first.

Very cute and quaint apartment with all the amenities needed. Parking is a bit tight but otherwise the listing is as described! I would stay here again.

Everything about the hosts to the location and the home was excellent and felt like home! Definitely coming back and staying at the same location!

We really appreciated our stay at Gerhard 's place. The apartment was really convenient with a great kitchen and two very comfortable bedrooms. Only the Internet was a little bit on the slow end but everything was spot on. Gerhard is an excellent host and always there to help you with everything concerning the apartment or anything else you need. Really recommend booking this airbnb!

Owner was super helpful and always responsive when I had questions or concerns. To say this was the first stay for them, I was extremely impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone that needs a quick getaway trip. Definitely worth the money and will book again if I’m in Dallas.

The air bnb was beautiful, clean, and while it is obviously a small 1-bedroom apartment -- the way that Paul and co-hosts laid it out and decorated it made it feel very spacious and warm! The air bnb looked exactly like the pictures, had extra toiletries. I always bring and use my own shampoo/conditioner/etc, but having that just in case you forget is helpful. I know that isn't something crazy but a lot of air bnbs will provide strictly 1 roll of toilet paper and no soap/hair products or anything. I didn't need much help because Paul made the check-in process so smooth with incredibly detailed pictures and instructions, but any time I did message in the air bnb app, I received a response back from either Paul, Khang, or Hongquy within minutes! (3 minutes was the longest time and another time I received a response within actual seconds) Overall a great stay in a great location with a lot to do. The coffee shop right outside the apartment is a nice play to sit down & get work done!

Luiz was very responsive and had thorough instructions. The apartment was beautiful and decorated so well. I had a great stay and will probably return in the future.

Walkable to downtown & Deep Ellum. Farmers market & restaurants were close. Place was clean with plenty of towels & necessities. Check-in was easy. Needed an app to get entry to pedestrian gate. Parking was on the 4th floor and apartment was on the 3rd.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet (except for the train which really didn’t bother us), comfortable and a great location. We really appreciated the goodies left for us, especially the cupcakes from her bakery and the milk to put in our provided coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Daniel and Annie helping me in a bind of a last min booking, and they were ABSOLUTELY amazing ! I booked this trip at midnight on a Wednesday to then fly in less than 36 hours later. They responded to my questions literally in the middle of the night before booking just to put me at ease. My plane arrived very early in the morning, and they allowed us to check in very early to ensure we could rest before the busy hustle and bustle of a long cheer weekend in Frisco with our daughter ! Thank you so much & we will ABSOLUTELY be back if we have another travel comp in the area ! 😍

The best stay I’ve had in the Dallas area! The location was perfect—right next to several great bars and restaurants, which made it super convenient for grabbing dinner or a drink without needing to drive. It’s also pretty close to the airport. The space itself was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, well-equipped, and in a lively neighborhood.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this space! Beautifully decorated, quiet, warm and just felt like home for us. Very spacious and comfortable! This place was perfect for us and Jessi was very sweet anytime we needed help. Would stay here again and again.
