Our guest suite is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 5 blocks from the north end of campus, about a five minute walk to Pattee Library and 15 minute walk to downtown. This is the perfect place for the solo traveler or couples. The home was beautiful and clean. It was a short drive to town for supplies and to the lake for some fresh air. Our family loved the space to spread out for sleeping. Beds and bedding were so comfortable and the wooded setting was dark and peaceful, all of which made for restful sleep. The kids loved the game space in the basement- playing ping pong, air hockey, and on the PSII. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped for making family meals and the large dining table allowed for the 10 of us to eat together. All of this, plus we were able to enjoy all of this with our 2 dogs. Ellen was responsive to a couple of questions and needs, as well as understanding when an item was accidentally broken. The only concern was some additional rules that were not on the original listing, but were messaged a few weeks before our reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though the majority of our stay it was raining so we didn’t get to enjoy the firepit area and outdoors as much. The soaking tub was a plus that we enjoyed. Very beautiful place, and our needs were well taken care of without us needing to contact Tiffany once. Everything was well thought through. One thing that is something to consider or perhaps a plus depending on who you are.., there is a Dollar General and small gas station store just down the road but that was it as far as shopping goes.
