LICENSE G66(space)00347. About 4 miles to downtown. You can see the stratosphere from my backyard! Modern & comfortable w/backyard oasis with a pool, BBQ grill (we don’t provide the propane). Incredible game room with Foos ball table, shuffle board, full size black jack table, and lots of games. FYI, We have a ring camera OUTSIDE both doors. By booking this house you understand the owner is NOT responsible for any injuries associated with use of the pool. No lifeguard. Swim at your own risk!!

Beautiful 2300 sq ft 4 bedroom 3 bath home very convenient to Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock recreation area and Chinatown. Great dining, shopping nearby. An easy 5 mile drive to Las Vegas Strip, only 10 miles to Red Rock recreation area and numerous golf courses just a few miles away. The home is in beautiful shape and is very comfortable for family gatherings. There is also a beautiful covered patio area with a gas or charcoal grills as well as an outdoor dining table.

Amazing Mid-century Modern 3br with beautiful pool

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom mid-century home with a big back yard with pool, beautiful shade trees and big open living space. There are lots of cozy places to curl up and loads of custom details to the house. The kitchen is updated with a huge double oven, glass cooktop, and all the appliances you could need. The house is minutes from the strip and the convention center and very close to downtown. Close to all the best parts of Vegas.
