Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Wissota

As advertised. Great Lake access and only about a mile from the nearest landing. Dock is a little high for smaller aluminum boats, would be nice if there were some tire bumpers but we made it work. Clean & comfortable for 3 guys.

We had a great time! The cabin was super spacious, we didn't even need the 3rd bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with good appliances, plenty of pots and pans, dishes for kids, spices, condiments, everything! Very clean, comfy beds, one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at!

The cabin was quiet, and everyone was friendly that were renting the other cabins. The amenities were wonderful - they even provided firewood for the fire pits. The cabin was clean and not at all cluttered. The location was beautiful.

This cabin was beautiful, relaxing, serene surroundings. We were visiting family, so it was perfect. A nice escape after the businest of the holiday. It is extremely well stocked. We did not run out of anything. I can not say enough good things about this AirBnB. We are considering coming back next fall and definitely will check availability at this AirBnB first.

Had a great stay! Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful near the end of a dead end road so very little traffic. Boat landing is very close by which made it easy to get the boat we brought in and out, bait shop has a nice selection of necessities if you need a few staple grocery items and bait. Nice dock available at the cabin to park. Beautiful views of the lake from the living room and master bedroom. The cabin was kid and pet friendly which was perfect for our family. Nice fire pit outside with comfy seating. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Craig and Heidi’s cabin on Connors Lake was a perfect match for our family of 5’s three night stay. Craig and Heidi quickly answered our questions, provided suggestions for ice fishing the lake, and offered an early check-in. The cabin itself was very clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed the view of the lake out the large, two front windows; especially in the morning as the sun created the forest to the East. Our kids enjoyed the guesthouse space when they wanted to relax and watch a movie after a long day out on the ice. We recommend the Flambeau Forest Inn for a Friday fish fry; which is located just down the road! Although our stay landed during the coldest weather of the WI winter, our experience went well! It would also be a great place to be at during the summer months; so we will keep this in mind for future trips to the WI northwoods!

Our family of four had a wonderful weekend at The Bunk House! We had plenty of space for different sleeping needs and we loved having access to a frozen, snowy lake right in our backyard. We're looking forward to a return visit!

Awesome host! Was only there for a quick visit with coworkers but this would be a PERFECT retreat for an outdoorsy family. Will book again!

The cabin was beautiful and the scenery even more spectacular! The hot tub was just the cherry on top to a great weekend.

Everything was incredible. The place is as it looks in the photos, super clean and comfortable. Everything works perfectly and with details that are appreciated. The area is quiet but close to everything. The host was very cool and always attentive. We feel at home. We would come back without thinking about it!

We had a wonderful stay. I was looking for something remote, peaceful, and quiet to unplug with my husband. It was exactly that. The hosts had excellent communication and answered us promptly with the few questions we had. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. They requested any recommendations or suggestions which shows they care about their guests. I would certainly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! This was how I pictured the perfect cabin stay on the water. It was so relaxing and fun for me and my dog. My dog can be reactive, so to be totally secluded and at peace was amazing. This was the trip of her life! It was safe for her to roam around the woods and wade in the water, and there was a natural perimeter so she wouldn't go too far. Water was clean. The hammocks, watercrafts, hot tub, fire pit, and cabin decor were all great! This was a good time of year to go and barely any bugs. AC worked well. I could see people struggling a lot with the driveway in the winter, but you could always park at the top and walk down if absolutely needed. Host was great. Thank you for everything!

This place is "ON" the Flambeau. Yard critters from whitetail, geese, ducks to turkey. Must try a pizza at the South Fork, walking distance.

Great Host Great Fishing Lake Couldn’t be Happier for a Family Get A way

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful property! The open fields and trails were perfect for outdoor adventures, and it was an ideal spot for our dog to run and explore. The house was cozy, and we loved spending time on the porch after long hikes. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in nature, this place is a great choice!

We are frequent visitors to this relaxing, natural woodland cabin because it has everything we love without having to leave the property. Loons, beaver kits at play, trumpeter swans, wildflowers and lots of trails to wander. The cabin has been updated with a very comfortable sofa and new lighting making for a great place to stretch out with a book. We will undoubtably return.

We rented Daniel's home for our family Christmas. There were 6 adults, 6 children and our lab. The home was spacious enough we didn't feel we were on top of each other. There were plenty of sleeping spaces and having 2 1/2 bathrooms was a huge plus. The kids and Dads had a blast in the garage playing foosball. It was great having a place for the kids to go and play that allowed them to stretch out and make noise without having to worry about disturbing the other family members. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Daniel had the whole house decorated for Christmas including a beautiful tree. He really made sure our stay was perfect. Daniel was very responsive to the few questions we had, and very friendly. The family requested we rent it again next year for our family Christmas, they enjoyed it so much!

This beautiful property was the perfect place for our family to get away and have quality time together. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed a campfire each night and appreciated the fire wood provided. Although there was WIFI to use devices, my teenage sons disconnected to play catch and board games. Our black lab, Etta, was in heaven exploring and playing fetch for hours. We also saw and heard grouse, turkeys, owls and numerous songbirds. We are so grateful that Mike and Rebecca shared their lovely hilltop cabin with us.
