Stillwater vacation rentals

We loved staying here! It is perfect walking distance from downtown & the river. Just a short drive to Stillwater, MN as well. Matthew was super accommodating & had the house stocked up with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Great place!

Perfect for our friend get away. We love Stillwater, but this was an amazing find and we will be returning. The communication was really excellent prior to arrival, our contact, Dani, was immediately responding to any questions we had. The house was really warm and lovely, beds super comfortable, kitchen and pantry fun to cook in and make the most of staying in instead of going to restaurants every meal. Hot tub was really great and private. We really wanted for nothing more. Thanks for the hospitality. We look forward to returning and will share with others this lovely find.

We stayed here with our kids to celebrate a birthday. Had wonderful weather. Enjoyed time inside and outside and in RedWing. Enjoyed a meal out, but made most meals in the lovely, well-equipped kitchen. Loved the glass windows to see Lake Pepin. I live on the Mississippi but this was a different, better view.

Our stay in South St. Paul was absolutely perfect! There were so many wonderful amenities, especially with having a 21 month year old. There was a door to the upstairs we could close and plenty of toys for her to play with and we didn't even need to bring her pack n play which is great when your flying! The house was beautiful and I absolutely loved all the decorations around the house. The house was very clean as well. I would 10/10 recommend staying here if your in the area. Nice neighborhood and plenty to do! I will be staying here in the future when I visit family here.

We LOVED this house. One of our favorite places was the sitting area outside which used be the garage. It was so peaceful. The lake is right across the street and we could watch the eagles while outside. We had 8 in our group and there was enough room for everyone. The house was exactly as described. It is in a great location with lots to do. They had 6 bikes available and it was fun taking them out for a bike ride. Eric and Sandy were quick to respond after booking with any questions we had. They also welcomed us via email and checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed. We are already booking again for next year. Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay with great access to the town. My only complaint is that is was super stinkin hot with the limited AC

This place was AMAZING! Sarah has really put so much thought into anything and everything that you might need or want during your stay! So comfortable and inviting with BEAUTIFUL surroundings! Our family stayed here for the weekend while in the area for a wedding and I can’t tell you enough about the experience. You will not be disappointed in this place!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Shady Rest. We were here for a family wedding at Pine woods and we had plenty of room for our family and friends of 7. Would recommend this home and would love to stay again if I have an occasion in the area.

Great views. Loved watching sunsets from the back yard overlooking the lake. Close to beach and kid friendly play area.
