Vacation rentals in Lake Wappapello

Chris and Faith were amazing! Our pipes froze over and the furnace stopped working while the temperatures were freezing and needed a warm place for my little ones. This was our first time using Air BNB and we're so surprised with the process. Within about 10 minutes of filling out the form for Safe Haven, we got a response and were able to head over to their beautiful home. Pictures don't do this home any justice. It's so roomy and peaceful. My family and I loved watching the sunrise and sunset and looking out at the beautiful lake with snow everywhere. There are 6 of us and have more than enough space. I cook all our meals at home and the kitchen was so big 😃 I was able to bake some sweets for the first time in awhile. 🥰 If you are looking for a place to get away, this is the place to be! If I could give a 10 🌟 rating I would.

Cold air!!! Comfortable bedding and washer and dryer a plus! Great activities for kids , lots to do!

The Carriage House was a cozy and peaceful retreat! We appreciated Robin's gracious hospitality during our stay. She provided bottled water, ice and snacks for us. One of the most important amenities for us in an Airbnb is a comfortable bed and it was a wonderful combination of firmness with a touch of softness so we slept soundly each night. Also important to us is the water pressure in the shower which was also excellent. After busy days, we were thankful for this warm, homey retreat! Thank you, Robin, for sharing the Carriage House with us!

This rustic Airbnb is perfect for a get away to Wappapello. There is room for everyone to stretch out and be comfortable. It is close to the lake and has a nice outdoor area to hangout. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would use this place again.
