Lake Houston fishing vacation rentals

We love the Blue Heron. Thank you, Tim and Kathy! The house was beautiful, clean and very well equipped…especially the kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The location was perfect for us….a place for my family to gather close to the location of my daughter’s wedding. But even without the wedding, it was a perfect place to relax and visit with the whole family. We felt very at home. Highly recommend!

This place had some of the most beautiful lake views. The house was very spacious for my family of 4. It was very quiet and comfortable, we felt right at home. Michelle is the nicest sweetest host. So personable it felt like I was communicating with one of my friends. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and without any doubt we would stay here again. 😁

This was the most wonderful AirBNB my husband and I have ever stayed in, with the most kind and accommodating Host! We came in for a family wedding and this location was perfect as it was not far from the venue. The place was absolutely immaculate, beautiful, beds were super comfortable, everything was so clean, the patio was gorgeous, the porch swing on the water by the pool - WOW - the kitchen spacious, the AirBNB was actually a lot bigger than we anticipated as the photographs did not do it justice, and rain shower head was one of my favorite features of the master bedroom. The host communicated regularly and always responded quickly, she was kind accommodating and I could not have been more happy with this place. I hope to one day stay here again. Beautiful Place!!!

We absolutely loved staying here! My kids loved fishing and the lake is stocked. Everything was very clean. Some dirty spots on the walls but bathrooms, kitchen, beds and floors were all very clean. The master bath tub drain wouldn’t work and water would constantly drain. We could take a bath but would have to fill up after a short while. I didn’t bring this up to the host as it wasn’t a big enough deal to me. The kitchen had the very basics and that’s it. It was missing baking sheets, the listing shows that they are provided. Again I didn’t bring it up because it wasn’t a huge deal. My personal opinion is there needs to be more seating for eating. For a house that accommodates 12 there was only 6 seats total. 4 at a small table and 2 at the counter. But that’s just my opinion and the house matched the pictures. I still think even with a couple inconveniences this was still a 5 star stay and would definitely return if needed!

So much room! Wonderful kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Be prepared to bring your own paper products and anything you’ll need for cooking beyond salt and pepper. Wonderful dishes, mugs and glassware. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the big dock for fishing and getting in and out of our kayaks. The yard is nice and big and the fire pot was enjoyable. The garage apartment worked perfectly for our overnight guests. We can’t wait to go back!!

My family and I stayed here over Easter weekend for a mini reunion. The 5 bedrooms accommodated everyone easily and r he kids loved staying together in the bunk bed room. There was plenty of room in all of the common areas for our family to hang out and play games. The kids also loved being on the lake and playing on the GIANT water mat! The backyard was perfect for our Easter egg hunt and we spent a large majority of our time out on the back porch talking and hanging out. The neighbors were friendly and respectful and the location was great as well. We found we were only 10 minutes away from HEB, Kroger, CVS, and Walgreens. Our family has already expressed interest in staying here again. We look forward to returning in the near future!

Second time renting from this host. The house was spacious, clean, and such a nice place to relax! We enjoyed the dock access, and the spacious yard!

Beautiful and peaceful location. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the river flow by. Kids enjoyed the fire ring at night and sitting on the dock. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Some minor issues with the plumbing, but Barry was very responsive.

Our rental experience went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The accommodations were clean, inviting and comfortable, and the pricing was reasonable and fair. Also, we had no problem communicating with our host, Matthew who made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. We would highly recommend the Reel It Inn for a highly satisfactory vacation rental.

I really loved this place!! It was gated so I felt safe. Layout was perfect, nice decor, cute screened in porch, beautiful covered deck over water with lights. I enjoyed feeding the turtles!! They were so cute!! All sizes from babies to big ones!! I would love to come back!!! Rent it!! You will love it!!

Beth and Carlos thought of all the little things you’d need for a lake, even for kiddos! The lake is beautiful and the outdoor space is exactly what you’d need for sunshine and relaxing. Recommend bringing food/drinks/groceries if coming in from out of town. Selection for restaurants, food, and alcohol is limited in Livingston. We came prepared and it was well worth it! Based on our research in the area this is the BEST Airbnb to stay at in Livingston!

Collen and Erika have been amazing hosts. From the moment we book the house till after our stay, they made sure our experience was exceptional. The were able to accommodate a BBQ grill request, which was more than they had to do because I could have brought one. The beach house was extremely clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the calm views and our time fishing.

We loved our stay here at Michael’s property. We were within a minute of a popular grocery store, and a minute away from the beach, it made our trips sole purpose of going fishing each day a breeze. The place was well priced, very clean, and allowed our pet to enjoy the trip with us. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Stephanie's was flexible in accommodation and easy to communicate with on top of that Stephanie's beach house was in new condition the HVAC, electrical.plumbing, appliances tv, wi-fi. worked great! The views where amazing from the house. This is a great diamond of a place to stay and I will tell my friend's about her place and when returning to Crystal Beach I will book up again at Stephanie's beach house!

Great location. We walked to the beach daily and to many different restaurants. The beds are comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. The neighborhood is low key. Over all we loved it. Will use again in the future.

Beautiful home. Great space for the 6 of us. Home was clean and there was plenty of linens and kitchen essentials for us to use. There was an electronic keypad but it wasn’t working. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location to someone else. Thanks again Tammy.
