Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Fork

This house was just what we needed while in town for a horse show at the Texas Rose Horse Park. The commute was only 10 minutes away. The home was clean and comfortable as well!

A quiet neighborhood which is close to restaurants and stores. Very homey and clean. Loved that it was close to the interstate to head to Dallas for other activities.

Loved the stay! Very easy to find and great parking which was great because we carried a boat with us. She introduced herself and answered anytime we had questions on anything! Future stay will be in our plans!

Beautiful lakehouse! Just a walk away from the lake and the amount of windows in the house makes it such an amazing scene. We will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to others.

I had a truly relaxing stay at Kaylee’s place! The spacious backyard was a highlight, complete with horseshoes for some fun outdoor activities. The thoughtful touches really made the stay special, like the variety of books and board games available for cozy evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, this place is perfect for anyone looking to unwind in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Highly recommend it!

This home felt like a relaxing resort! The property was gorgeous and it was the perfect set up for larger groups. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the property and conversing in the living space. All the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels to go around. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our large family! With two teenagers, fur babies, and my mom with us, the two separate houses made for the perfect stay. Aubrey was EXTREMELY helpful and if anything came up, she was responsive and handled everything quickly. This was an extremely stressful transition for our family but this air b&b made for the most peaceful stay while we combatted the stresses of moving across the country. Neighbors (though few and far between) are super kind and give that “welcome to the area” vibe! This is an old historical home that has cozy comfort needed for the escape we all want! Huge thanks to Aubrey for being so responsive and flexible! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great host. Very responsive. Great place. Kitchen was full of utensils, like pots and pans. Nice location. Easy access to the highway.

We were very pleased with our 6 night stay. Our GPS took us right there but we were also given clear written directions. Any questions we had were promptly answered . The apartment complex borders on the city park which gave us privacy and a quiet environment . Our little dog had a great area to have daily walks. The apartment looked just like the pictures and had all the comforts of home. We really liked having a laundry available to us in the building as well. We could continue our travels with clean clothes. That was so convenient. We had a great stay . We highly recommend this Airbnb.

This place was by far the cleanest and easiest place I’ve stayed at using this app. Great place to just relax for the weekend. We had a late check-in but had very quick responses. Also left a basket of snacks and some drinks in the fridge which i thought was great!

I’m so glad we went. It was one of our best weekend trips. Needed some peace and quiet. The property was well maintained and they really made us feel at home. Constantly making sure we had all we needed. We got to see their homestead and the beautiful craftsmanship and love that Doug had put into their home. It’s a place that you can go and spend some quality time with God and be near His beautiful country. We really feel like we made some great friends and will definitely return again. We originally went there to go to canton first Monday. Honestly we were only at Canton for around maybe 1 1/2hrs and spent the remainder at Connie and Doug’s place. It was so much fun staying in the studio apartment above the barn, just like in heartland! Thanks again for great conversations and friendship! Go check it out you won’t be disappointed!!

Just back from spending a wonderful weekend with my sister in Lindale, Texas. The unit we stayed in was exactly as Brandon described. The unit was clean . We felt very comfortable and safe in this area . The beds were exceptionally comfortable . I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend some time in Lindale.

Mary’s place was incredibly peaceful and private. View of the lake and perfect for our stay. Would stay again if ever in the area.

We had a family reunion at Lake Fork Getaways & rented the big house, all 4 lodges, and the sunrise suite. It was perfect for our needs, especially the pool and rec room! Lots of comfortable beds, immaculate linens, and amenities. We were thrilled and had a wonderful time viewing the eclipse while sitting around the fire pit. A treat from start to finish! Thanks to Erica for her responsive communications and hospitable environment.

Highly recommend this cozy place that is worth the short drive from I-20. It was immaculately clean, smelled fresh and was cooled off for us to walk into. We immediately felt at home. Jami was both proactive and responsive to any needs/wants. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. She had lovely decor and many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was just as the pictures portrayed. When I asked about a hair dryer, she went and purchased one. It was a very peaceful, beautiful, and private area. We enjoyed seeing the roosters, and a friendly visit one time from the cat and dog. Can’t find a better place or better host in the area for this great price! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Lake Fork Getaways was a wonderful experience. We rented all 4 lodges, the big house, and the sunrise suite for a family reunion. What fun! Every part of the property is beautifully appointed, and the rec room, fire pit, and pool are total bonuses. We will definitely come back here.

A perfect spot to stay for a getaway to Lake fork! The cabin is very cute and centrally located. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area. The addition of a gameroom and pool is a nice touch and helped make our trip very enjoyable!

My "host", Erica, was way above the normal host I encounter throughout the year. I stay in 40 ABBs annually and Erica was amazing..... I will be BACK and look forward to returning! This time, I plan to slow down from a busy fishing schedule.....
