Everything was great with the room and stay. Location and amenities were good just wish I had paid attention that this was more of a hotel-like room. Otherwise good quick stay. Thank you!

This property lived up to the poctures. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable. We have stayed at a number of places in Orlando amd other cities. This one is in the top 2 or 3. We would stay again.

Great!!! Vacation home had all the amenities a woman like me love. Plenty of everything from dishes to sheets very clean and comfortable. To say the least just right in the day far as neighborhood activities and quite peaceful and serene at night. Everything imaginable is located right around the corner a big bonus . It Felt like home away from home. Mrs.Mary place was sunshine after the rain Thanks for saving my vacation I will be recommending you to another who wants a fabulous place to stay while on vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay it was really nice, had great pool area, was relatively clean, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely book again. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by too.

Was a wonderful stay. Area was a bit noisy at no fault to the owner. Guests around the condo are not the most considerate. Very clean and comfortable. Had a little issue getting into the gate but that was quickly resolved. Overall had a wonderful time.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and was exactly like in the pictures. The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative through our entire stay and even before. It was very clean, had everything one needs during a vacation, and very peaceful. We will be booking again soon!

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

The house was comfortable , inviting and very nice. Spacious layout within minutes of the UCF campus. Our family had a wonderful time, even with a few hiccups with the pool. But rest assured Jeremy made those few issues right. Will stay again and hopefully soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Danielle‘s place. The location was wonderful, and we really appreciated all of the amenities. I do agree that some of the unit could use some updating, but in the scheme of things, the price point here was better than even just *average* hotels (less space & privacy, too) in the area. So in my opinion, everything was wonderful at this great price point! My crew would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at the townhouse! The rooms were perfectly set up for our group and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! Everything was clean and comfortable and very well located just minutes from Disney and 30 min from Universal! There are tons of restaurants nearby and a Walmart down the street! We will definitely stay here again!

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

Lovely little cottage! Perfect location for those who are going to Disney, about 15mins and Universal, about 20 mins. The main road was also full of restaurants and food trucks which were also in walking distance. The resort itself was great too, lovely and clean and everyone was really friendly too. Overall, a really lovely place to stay.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The space is stellar- clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Super easy to communicate with the hosts. Conveniently close to the airport, would stay here anytime I travel to the area.

Absolutely recommend Nick’s place for a relaxing and peaceful place away from the busy park area. We had plenty of space and it was very clean with everything we needed. Nick was very warm and welcoming and his communication was very much appreciated! We would 100% return for another stay!

Marlene's place was so wonderful, just what me and my partner needed for a quiet vacation visiting family nearby. Comfy beds, well maintained pool, and clear communication from the host made this a place I would come back to in the future!

this family is beyond accommodating. I don't typically do airbnbs with the in home post this was the first for me. They are very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and like part of the family. Their home is clean and very well decorated. If I am ever in the area again I would stay there without hesitation. They do have dogs which for me was great. But if you are uncomfortable with them I am sure they would make sure that you do not have to interact with them. But for me the dogs made it feel more like home. I cannot say enough nice things about this family and how accommodating and friendly they are. If you're unsure about staying with an in home host I would urge you to stay with this family. You won't regret it. Just like their ad says you will be staying with friends you just haven't met yet. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Larissa & Rosely were the perfect host! Super responsive. There was communication from the day we booked to the very last day on check out. Instructions were super easy for the house. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. The house was super clean. Had everything we need so we didn’t have to eat out every single day. It was very cozy. It was perfect house to just relax and enjoy some time with the family. It felt like home. There was plenty to do in the area as well. We spent quality time at the water park that is in the neighborhood. Old town is about 10 away. Arcade Monster that is about 20 minutes away. Walt Disney is about 10 minutes and Universal was about 25 minutes away. The house is in the perfect location for everything. Will definitely be staying here again.
