Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lake County

This was our second time staying here & like the first, it did not disappoint. I can definitely see it becoming our come-to spot. It really has everything you need inside & out, for a nice, peaceful, relaxing time on the lake. We really enjoy our time here. The weather was perfect & fishing was great. The lake had a bit more algae this time, but that’s always iffy here & didn’t take away from being able to enjoy our time here. The nights were clear & cool & perfect for stargazing. Jeff is a fantastic host, kind & very responsive.

Amazing place to stay if you’re in Clearlake. Very calm neighborhood, big open feel to the home & everything was as described and clean. We managed to catch a catfish from the dock! Really appreciate how amazing the host is with communication and I will definitely be booking again. Thanks Daniele!

Starling’s rest is a very spacious for our group of 10. The place is very well stocked with all amenities and kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. The highlight of the space was its location. It is located in a very private location with no neighbors in sight. We couldnt use the pool as it was closed in winter but we enjoyed the hot tub. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Lot of thought and personality put into Jason and Fiona’s home. :) It was a Lakehouse getaway with my family celebrating my husband’s bday with my young boys 6 and 3 and our dog Tofu. Communication over messages with Jason before booking, upon checking in and out was helpful in planning what to bring to lakehouse (wanting to stay in and cook more), local recommendations, etc. We loved the tub and brought our bath bombs, kitchen basics for home cooked meals, board games galore, fun decorations throughout the home, arcade/game room, backyard firepit (s’mores fun) and hammock (bit withered) and dock access to lake with nice view where husband tried to fish but it maybe not the season with how cold and rainy off/on, tempted to use paddle board but it was too cold during our stay. Dog friendly with pooper scooper in backyard too. Fits comfortably with 2 beds for our family of 4 and our pup enjoyed sleeping on their cozy rug. :) Ty for our lovely stay!

We spent the Labor Day weekend here. The house was great - clean and enough spaces for 2 families. The house was at the channel of the clear lake- basically at the entrance of the lake. We brought our inflatable SUP boards and had a great time going into the lake and go look at the houses in the channel. Our kids had a great time in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped and enough seating for all of us. Definitely recommended!

Guest house on a beautiful small farm felt like home during our stay. I love to cook and the available kitchen supplies were more than adequate (Probably safe to bring any specialty items you need). The shower was nice with plenty of hot water. The bed is VERY big with nice comfy bedding. The mattress was softer than I prefer, but still very comfortable. If you are bringing a pet, the owner is very accommodating. Keep in mind there are other pets on the property, so you may have to coordinate with the owner if your pet needs some outdoor time. The owner communicates VERY well so it was never a problem for us.

Weekend getaway with spouse, teenage kid and dog. One of the nicest AirBnb's I've stayed in, and definitely THE nicest for thoughtful little luxurious touches (ex: heated mattress pads, white noise machines, robes & thick towels, bath bubbles salts & oils for tub, small dishes of candies/chocolates). House is more spacious than photos can show - great layout, high ceilings, lots of light. Beds are high quality, very comfortable. Deck gets great sun, we loved sitting in the rocking chairs and relaxing there. Very peaceful and private spot, but we found it just a short drive from sights like Calistoga and Clear Lake State Park. Teenager enjoyed playing on the electronic keyboard and even agreed to play Scrabble with us (from the board games corner). Dog loved snoozing on the various dog beds & blankets and exploring the yards. Host Alex was super responsive (answered immediately) and friendly. Highly recommend!

This was our second time at Hallelujah's place and it is quickly becoming our favorite place for a weekend getaway. The property is beautiful and perfect for walking and relaxing in the hot tub. Hallelujah, Karma and Taressa are all warm and welcoming hosts. They were happy to show us around, point out walking trails and even graciously shared their music and art with us. I definitely recommend staying here!

I was so comfortable at Linda’s Rosebud Farm! She went way above and beyond, to make sure I had everything I needed. The place has lots of special touches, was cozy and lovely. I was grateful for her place to come home to during a recent move. It felt like a peaceful sanctuary. I enjoyed the view from the deck. I could look out on her cows, her horse and lots of turkeys. Linda herself is a wonderful host and I enjoyed getting to know her!

Vikki’s cottage is a perfect place for my long term stay. It has everything you need with the bonus of access to laundry. As a single female traveler I felt very safe in the area. There is plenty of parking, WiFi was reliable and everything I needed was in the cottage. Vikki is a friendly and super responsive host. I’d definitely recommend this air bnb!

The hosts were awesome and Danielle was very generous. This is a GREAT place to use a base for wine tasting. They serve wine and cheese in the afternoon, and breakfast was delicious. They also have tons of connections to the local wineries, and we were always treated wonderfully when we mentioned we were staying at the Alexander Valley Lodge. The lodge and the property are beautiful and comfortable; this would be an awesome place for parties.

Danielle heard that there would be power outages due to high winds and fire danger in Geyserville so seamlessly found us another bnb in Healdsburg. Thank goodness, as there was a fire and all Geyserville got evacuated. This is a high level of customer service and a tribute to how the inn keepers in Sonoma look out for their guests and each other. Thanks Danielle, you saved our trip. We’ll be back.

Great place for our extended family. Enough nooks and crannies so peace and quiet was attainable for those who needed it. Some bedrooms are near the main area and some are remote and quiet.. A masseuse we retained used one of the bedrooms near the hot tub every day and it worked perfectly. Our family was able to really relax because the decor is modest and not new. It is very clean, and quite eclectic and interesting. We have stayed in B&Bs which were so fancy and pristine we were constantly on our guard. We were very comfortable here. The kitchen is very well stocked and the dining area is very large with seating for more than 12 people. The pool table was a hit! The road up takes a bit of getting used to, but no one found it too difficult. We had as many as 8 cars ( from a Prius to a 4 wheel drive Suburban) going up and down the road with no problems. Ample parking - four spaces right out front and 4 or more behind the house. We all had a great time and will be back.

Ideal lake house. We chose this house for our two families (7 people total with adult children) because it has so much to offer in all weather. It ended up being nice out, so we used the kayaks and the hot tub and then watched movies inside and enjoyed the area. Well-stocked kitchen, well laid-out home, beautiful views. Will be coming back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor kitchen and more!

We had a fabulous time as a group of 10 girls celebrating my sister's engagement. The house has the most beautiful view and did not disappoint! The best part of our experience was that Danielle was SO helpful in planning our wine tasting day and giving recommendations. We were unfamiliar with Alexander Valley, and she was able to help us coordinate and afforable, unforgetable day visiting wineries!

A beautiful remote place in wind country.

We had a great time very peaceful and relaxing for the family to enjoy. We would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a private time with family.
