This property looks better in person. 6 adults stayed here for 3 nights and it was spacious enough, comfy, and has all the right amenities and things you need for a weekend! We reserved beach chairs and beach towels as well and they were waiting for us in the garage upon check in. We appreciated the accommodations of an earlier check in and a later check out. My only piece of feedback is to maybe check and see if the ice maker in the freezer is working properly. After the second day we thought it would replenish overnight but it didn’t. Not a huge deal breaker or issue, just something we noticed. Would love to stay here again!

This is one of the nicest Airbnb properties I have ever stayed in and it was exactly as hoped and expected. The perfect way to experience the Hollywood Hills in luxury and style. No hesitations to recommend to anyone who wants to accommodate a larger group! Truly 5 stars!

This house was wonderful for 2 families! We had a great time! Enjoyed the roof top deck and BBQ!! Definitely would rebook!

By far the BEST property we have ever stayed at (across the country) and most importantly, the BEST customer service experience from the Maimon Group. We had a group of 14 (3 kids, adults in their 20’s and 40’s) and this property and location was loved by all. The house was squeaky clean, the pool was the right size, the basketball area and pool table were fun, and there was enough space for everyone to find a quiet place for themselves. We have been airbnbing for 10 years and this experience was our first flawless experience, much of that came from the attentiveness and professionalism of the Maimon Group. The master bedroom is beautiful and inspiring when you wake up in the morning. There are numerous food options in the area that are close by: In-N-Out is 4 minutes away, taco trucks abound, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc… Absolutely perfect. For our annual trip to LA next year we will be hoping for another property that they manage.

This house is gorgeous. It's so beautiful it's hard to leave and want to eat out. The view is spectacular ! The roof top fire pit is great spot to watch the sunset and yet still stay warm. The beds are cozy and the master has a beautiful fire to keep you warm as well. I especially loved waking up to the amazing bay views each morning. It's definitely a special place to stay. NB Vacations team was very helpful with any questions or issues we had and always did their best to resolve anything. They were very responsive and always very good with communication. I would highly recommend this house and also would next time look at other properties they host.

The Maimon Group truly is a luxury group. Their response rate, collection of homes, and commitment to hospitality was top tier. I booked with them for my bachelorette and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was accommodated, communication was strong, and we were comfortable to enjoy Los Angeles. I look forward to staying with them again.
