Amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and in a great location. The host was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a unique experience outside of a standard hotel room, this could be a great choice. John, the host, was very responsive and was so kind to give us a tour of this unique property. The large home is being renovated, the owner lives upstairs and does the handy work himself. The downstairs area is currently the Airbnb section with its own entry. John is an accomplished retired Purdue professor with an interesting and impressive background. We enjoyed the uniqueness and tranquility of the property and enjoyed meeting John. The teenagers enjoyed having the pool table for entertainment.

Fantastic apartment - big, light, well equipped and so comfortable! Great gym was an added bonus, pool area looked lovely for stays during the summer. Good location, easy to find, lots of shops nearby. Ideal for our visit to see family in Indy, hope to be back soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment and would definitely return next time I'm visiting Fishers. Super clean and quiet with great walking paths and a park nearby as well.

This apartment worked perfectly for our weekend trip to Indy while visiting family who also live in Lavina complex. The place was cozy and decorated lovely. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and plenty of fresh new towels. Thank you Amy

This was such a perfect place for our family. We came for a baseball tournament but this house had something for everyone. Clean, beautiful yard, pond and farm animals! We would definitely stay again!

we had a great experience here, there were several walkable spots to visit and grab a good bite to eat. my only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. check in was at 3, I got a message around 1230 that the place was ready and they let me check in early. there was a cute guest book with lots of short little stories about peoples visit. will definitely be back, highly recommended.

Lux was exceptional understanding when I contacted him that we were going to arrive after 10 pm. His thorough instructions including photos saved the day helping to find the building, unit & key. Parking easy. Unit excellent. Just like photos. Large soaking tub in 2nd bathroom was fantastic. Beds were excellent. They made sleeping easy. Plenty of room for clothes in the master walk in closet. Joseph was extremely accommodating during my stay as I had some family emergencies arise and his communication was wonderfully efficient. The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect for what I needed at that time. I highly recommend booking a stay with him!

Lori was very kind and this is a great place to stay if you prefer an Air BNB over a hotel when visiting Purdue University. A group of us were visiting our students for a family weekend and we wanted a place to all be able to gather and this served its purpose really well. We were able to have all of our children and families in one place which made it convenient not only to visit, but to share rides to and from campus.

I stayed with Sandra for the Carmel Marathon weekend this year. The location was convenient and peaceful and Sandra was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are both extremely spacious and comfortable. While the race was cancelled to to weather, we had a lovely stay nonetheless.

I had an impromptu business trip to West Lafayette and there were no hotels available within 30 miles. I booked my room last minute, Lori approved the booking and I was checked into the unit within a few hours. The unit was very tidy and cozy.

This place was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It was as described very clean and a quiet neighborhood. Lori was a really friendly host and her location was easy to get into. I would recommend this location to others.

It was perfect, I was staying there for an evening and I booked the spot last minute when I realized all of the hotels were sold out in the area. She was able to approve the reservation last minute which I greatly appreciated. It was safe, cozy, smelled good, quiet, comfortable bed, etc. Only great things to say about this spot. I will be looking to stay here in the future.

Lori’s place is fantastic! I loved the vibes with the exposed brick and it’s super close to tons of cool places to eat and drink. She was also kind enough to mail me a bag I accidentally left behind. ☺️ I highly recommend staying here !
