The space
Welcome to Casa Mystery—your comfortable and family-friendly getaway in San Antonio! Located near top attractions like The Alamo, River Walk, Pearl District, SeaWorld, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, San Antonio Zoo, and the Historic Missions, our home offers the perfect base for exploring the city.
We kindly ask that you enjoy the home while being respectful of our neighbors and treating the space with care.
IMPORTANT: Fall/Winter/Spring pool heating is available for $50/day (billed separately if you indicate that you would like to use). Please review details in “Other Things to Note.”
BEDROOMS
- The master bedroom offers a king bed, en-suite bathroom, smart TV, cozy bedding, and a dedicated workspace with LAN connection utilizing AT&T 1GB fiber internet.
- The second bedroom features a king bed with plush bedding and a smart TV.
- The third bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed plus a pack ’n play and portable high chair for little ones under 3.
- There are luggage racks available.
LIVING AREAS
- Enjoy smart TVs with SlingTV, Netflix, Disney+, and more in the living room and each bedroom.
- Stay connected with 1GB high-speed WiFi throughout the home.
- Have fun with our Nintendo Switch, preloaded games, and a variety of board games and an amazing pool table.
- The living room sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper for extra guests.
KITCHEN
- Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking tools, and wine glasses. (No dishwasher.)
- Start your morning with our Keurig Duo using provided K-cups or ground coffee.
- In-home washer and dryer
OUTDOOR SPACE & PARKING
- Pool: 3 ft–7 ft deep. Heated Jan–May with a heat pump (most effective above 55°F). Heating is $50/day when requested.
- Outdoor cooking is easy with our charcoal grill (guest supplies charcoal).
- Stay warm on cool evenings with the patio heater.
- Convenient 2-car garage plus additional driveway parking.
PETS
- Pets under 50 lbs welcome with a $125 fee per pet (max 2).
- Larger pets may be approved with an additional fee up to $150—please message us.

Guest access
Entry will be granted via a smart lock with an access code. We will provide access code prior to arrival. There is one locked closet in the living room that we use for personal items. Please be respectful of the locked doors.
Other things to note
- There is not an extra fee to use to charcoal grill but you will need to provide charcoal and clean the grill after use. Charcoal cleaning fee is $50 if left dirty.
- The pool is heated using an electric heat pump, if the temperature is too cold outside (below 55), the heat pump will not heat the pool to the temperature set on the heater of 87 degrees. The temperature outside must be over 55 degrees to heat the pool sufficiently. Do not book this pool for the pool heater if you are visiting during freezing weather time. PLEASE NOTE: To use pool heater during fall and winter months, it is an additional $50 per day, this charge will be billed separately through Airbnb.
- Pets are welcome, if you are allergic to dogs or cats, do NOT book.
- There are security cameras in the front of the home. No security cameras are located inside or in the back yard.
- Our home includes a noise alert monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $100 fine.
- If a late check out is approved, the standard fee is $150.
HOUSE RULES – PLEASE READ
#1: You may be charged for any damages to the house and/or any furnishings caused by you or anyone in your group.
#2: Parties, events and loud music are NOT allowed
#3: Please park in the driveway or garage. There is plenty of space!
#4: There is NO SMOKING inside the home at any time. (Smoking is only permitted outside away from the deck)
#5: Home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property.
#6: Quiet times are from 11:00pm to 8:00am (Please be respectful of our neighbors)
#7: Please report maintenance issues, and damages immediately.
#8: If you're using the grill, please make sure to clean up after yourself when using the grill, and replace the cover when you're done. If it's left dirty, an extra $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
#9: Please notify host if you will have pets and please see the following:
- Dogs up to 50 lbs. are allowed. 2 pet max, $125 per pet.
- Must pick up after your pet in back and/or front yard
- We do NOT allow pets on the furniture or beds.
- Do NOT leave your pet unattended in the home, bring a crate or take your pet with you when you go out and about town. :)
#10: Pool is approximately 7 feet deep on the deep end and 3 feet on the shallow end. When you book this reservation, you agree to the following information concerning the swimming pool, the diving board has been removed as of April 2022.
