Vacation rentals with lake access in Kissimmee

Our stay was amazing. Our kids loved it. Natasha was very responsive. If we could’ve stayed longer we would’ve. We plan to be back next year

we appreciated that the house was clean, set up and stocked with incidentals, that we did not have to bring or go buy. Our families were comfortable and enjoyed the flexible space.

Samantha’s place was the perfect spot for our extended weekend in Orlando, it was close to everything we needed and I can’t say enough about how great the communication was anytime we needed anything or had a question. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. It is within 5 - 10 minute drive of Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. And less than 30 min drive from MCO, which was very convenient for us. Great kitchen set up--we prepared most meals at home and there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes and several condiment staples. (definitely recommend checking the fridge and cabinets before you go out and buy groceries) Although the house is on a busy road, it is generally quiet. Would definitely come back here next time we are in the area.

Jesus was an amazing host. The house had everything we needed, and was such a peaceful place to stay. Can’t say enough about how amazing the back yard was. Would definitely stay here again.

we stayed here for 17 nights and what a beautiful place and stay. We were 3 couples and the house was so spacious and comfortable for us all. We especially loved the beautiful pool (we had it heated and was well worth it as so warm), hot tub and spacious deck area. The furnishing in the living areas is so comfortable and there is plenty of it. We also enjoyed the pool table and games table in the garage. A major highlight for me was the neighbourhood alligator, Clarence, who frequently showed up on the lake behind us. He was well behaved and just watched from the lake edge 🙂 What a blessing to watch him safely from the screened in area but to be able to be so close, such an amazing creature. Just remember however to never feed the gators as it can be a death penalty for them 😥. And keep your distance as they are wild animals. We loved this place and would return again in the future if in that area.

Since this was our second stay at Cozy Cove, that should tell you how much we enjoy staying there! The home is clean and well stocked, beds extremely comfortable and a quiet neighborhood. Monica is by far one of the best hosts to work with. After our first stay, I recommended a few minor updates I felt were needed, not knowing how a host would feel about that. Monica heard me and followed through with them. My only fear in giving a top notch review is that the next time we want to stay there it will be booked. If available book this beautiful home!

Very nice place to stay! We really enjoyed it. Great to have a pool table and ping pong to play. Would definitely stay again.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. All communication was very quick and effective, and the host was always kind and helpful. Everything is new, spotless, and cozy. You’ll find everything you need to feel truly at home. If I had to make one small note, it’s that the bed makes a bit of noise, but nothing that affects sleep or comfort. The location is great — just a few minutes from Orlando’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent experience!

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

Natasha was a great host. Super prompt communication. she will definitely make sure that you have a great experience. Highly recommend!!

Rachel was a WONDERFUL host. Very responsive, flexible, and kind. The space was wonderful and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub nightly after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend this stay!

Private and peaceful location, convenient to Disney and the West side of Orlando

this was our second stay at this home both for two weeks,what a lovely home this is and full of character with lots of nooks and crannys everywhere,plenty of room though maybe a bit smallish for 6 adults but ideal for four,very clean inside and out with beautifull views and lots of wildlife to see from the patio area,we saw deer,gatorts,racoons,snake,turtles,various birds of all sizes including an osprey,diana the owner was very helpfull with any problems,,,,,,,,,,,the only problem we had was the annoying noise,dust ect from the large building site directly next door,sadly they have dug up the smallish woods next to this property and building more homes which is such a shame though it didnt ruin our holiday in any way just a shame though,hopefully it will be finished soon and will look better though nothing can replace the trees they cut down,thank you so much diana for letting us stay there,hopefully will rebook for next year.

We had a great time staying here while we did theme parks and enjoyed the nearby lakes!

Alisha was a wonderful host! Before our trip my family was in need of a stroller for my twins and when I asked was there any strollers on site, she immediately took action and bought 3 brand new strollers, this was so appreciated!!! My only cons to the home was not a lot of seating for a family of 5 but I’d imagine that is due to the small space. And this home has a gas stove which made me nervous with my little ones. Other than that this home was super close to EVERYTHING, she was super responsive as I had questions upon our arrival. I would definitely stay again!

I booked this air bnb for a girls weekend trip and we had a great time! The neighborhood is peaceful and right next to the park. Once you enter the gate it’s like being in your own secluded community. We used the pool, sauna, and game room. Jerome was responsive and super helpful with any questions we had. We loved the interior decor of the cottage and the little porch in the front. We were so happy with this find and really enjoyed our stay.

Steve and his gang were wonderful hosts, very prompt in responding to messages! I would recommend their place to anyone going to the theme parks! We hope to return again in the winter when it’s cooler! We loved the place! Thank you for a great visit

We did rent this place because in the description it does say it has a heated pool unfortunately we came at the end of October and the pool wasn’t heated yet so we wasn’t able to swim
