Jessa's home is centrally located to the town and just steps from the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and hearing the waves of the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place. The property was kept very clean and we enjoyed using the property amenities. There was a beautiful sunset view from the heated pool and hot tub area. The boardwalk to the beach was under construction but the property offered a shuttle ride down to the beach which made carrying our chairs to the beach much easier! The front desk was quick to send the shuttle back to the beach when we were ready to return.

Great Location! Just a boardwalk over the dunes to direct access to the beach and right at a lifeguard location. Condo looks recently updated and was well stocked with cookware, small appliances, dishes and utensils. You will need to bring coffee filters, which we didn’t know so we couldn’t make coffee. We’re used to filters being provided. Our only dislike was the mattress covers; they’re plastic, so get hot and make noise when you move. I would appreciate having a better mattress cover to be placed over the plastic one. Host was very responsive and helpful with an issue we had. Complex was clean and there were no issues with other guests being loud or inconsiderate. Overall, this condo was a great stay, so we will be back! I have also already recommended it to others.

William was extremely nice and responsive if we had questions! The unit was really clean and felt comfortable! The bed was really comfortable, as well as the pillows! We will definitely be booking again!

A Lil’ Beach was fantastic- clean, quiet, and walkable to the beach with two little kids!

Sheldon’s place was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for a little beach getaway. It is incredibly easy to walk to the beach, while also being close to access roads in case you want to drive. If you have little ones you might want to rent a golf cart. The pool is steps away right outside the front door, which was awesome. They have tons of beach gear to use if needed. Sheldon is very quick to respond and was attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely love to stay here again!

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

this place was amazing! we stayed with 2 adults and 2 young children (11 mo and 3) and felt extremely comfortable the entire time! the location is great for beach access and restaurants. Lucy was kind and responsive. we had an amazing time and will be back!

Yes the unit was on the parking lot side but for it's price that was fine. On the other side of building you can sit around the pool or hot tub and look out over the water. There was a long pier you can walk out on and seat and relax or fish. Overall we had a great stay and would go back again.

This was such a great location. It was very peaceful, pool and docks were within in feet of the condo. Pictures do not do justice for how cute this condos is! It is a single floor condo, no stairs to climb, which was great for my mom! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us! The teenagers loved the location, they were never bored! ! The host was awesome and very responsive, esp for a same day book and check-in! One of our best vacation spots! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Kassandra was an amazing Host and she had great communication with us, we would definitely stay and book with her again! She had things needed in the kitchen in restroom and in rooms, we didn’t have to go out of our way, everything was accessible and she was very kind! Thank you Kassandra!

Our overall view of the lodging was positive. We would definitely consider staying here again. The apartment was very clean/spacious and stocked with everything you would need. The pool and the areas around the pool are showing wear and could use some refurbishments, but was refreshing and clean.The location of the apartment is near a busy highway, but the deck was a nice area for eating and enjoying coffee. The beach is a medium distance walk, but there is a road that allows parking right next to the boardwalk. Had a nice time and would recommend this lodging for the value.

This was our 2nd time staying here and again, it was a great time! Close to the water, close to the pool, and super close to local restaurants and shopping. My only suggestion is for the owners of the actual rv resort to put funds to rebuilding the peir. There are other nearby piers, which would work, but it’s just the ease of it all. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back soon. Chris is a super host, friendly, and super understanding! Couldn’t ask for someone nicer and so thorough and thoughtful!

Peaceful stay at this beautiful condo! Loved the location and the close proximity to the beach. The provided beach gear (chairs and towels) made it very easy to pack up and go. The condo itself was clean and spacious and provided enough space for our family of 5 to spread out. It was close enough to Port A to get some shopping and dining experiences, while private enough to have our own space on the beach and pool. We were not aware of the construction prior to arriving and while it did not cause large issues, the noise was loud for several long portions of a couple of afternoons so we found other things to do outside of the condo! We were very thankful to find charged lanterns during several power outages during a bigger storm that passed through. All in all, would definitely recommend this space for families with 10+ yr old children or adults.

Great location at Port Aransas, we really liked the place, all essentials were provided and we found everything clean and tidy. Would be my first choice whenever coming back to Port Aransas.

The condo was very nice. Right next to waterfront with fishing piers. There is also a pool for swimming. I was there for mainly fishing. The piers had good access. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. The condo had very good appliances and supplies for cooking. It’s has good proximity to HEB for food supplies. Also the property is near Fulton fishing pier and Goose Island State park if you want bigger piers. But I still caught plenty of catfish from the private piers in the complex.
