Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kendall

We were a big family of 20 - 4 seniors, 1 toddler, 15 adults and we were able to fit in well at this location. Hosts were great and very accommodating to us which we really appreciated because this was a trip planned for our grandparents, parents and aunt/uncle. We found out a bit before our trip that some of our cousins are going to be in Miami too at the same time and hosts allowed us to invite them over for dinner so at one point there was like 30-35 of us in the house. The pool and other amenities were definitely a plus; toddler loved the pool and was in it every possible moment. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone coming to Miami - even though the location is actually in Cutler Bay, but we actually liked that it further away. Stores were just a short drive away so we were able to get things as needed.

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated our son's graduation. The home is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is lovely and the patio has numerous sitting/relaxing areas for eating or visiting. There are also numerous ways to "play" from a pickleball court and basketball hoop to pool toys and a zip line! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need, including many lovely serving pieces if you entertain. The hosts are responsive and lovely. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for beautiful clean home away from home to hangout with love ones or to just cool off with planty of activities right at your fingertips; you've picked the right home. Book and be ready to enjoy the atmosphere just as pictures are showing. There's no hidden surprises, the home allowed me to use it just for what I had wanted. Extremely satisfied. FYI ask the host to check propane barbecue tank if you're planning to use barbecue grill or bring your full tank. The tank was empty when we were ready to use the grill. The only inconvenience, only.

"Daymel was an absolutely excellent host! While I didn't get to meet him in person, his communication from start to finish was outstanding. Before my arrival and throughout my stay, he provided clear, efficient directions on how to get in and where to park, complete with helpful photos that made everything easy to understand. The place itself is even better than the pictures suggest. It's a studio, but perfectly laid out and ideal for two or even three people, thanks to the very comfortable trundle bed. Beautiful, modern, clean

We are locals and were looking for a change of scenery for our co-ed bachelor/bachelorette party with 6 other couples. The space was perfect for a large group of 14 with plenty to do, plenty of kitchen necessities to cook, and a perfect outdoor kitchen and grill space! We loved staying here and hope to be able to again in the future!

The home was very clean and welcoming. Flowers were blooming on the trees which made the home and neighborhood beautiful. The location really worked for us since most of our activities were near or in downtown Miami. Many stores, restaurants and highways near by which made things so much easier. Host were responsive and helped us out when needed. Definitely one of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Miami :)

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

The unit was as described, spotless clean, the area was quiet and the host was very responsive.

This tiny home exceeded my expectations. It was not only clean, but everything was new and updated. It was well kept and well serviced. The added Tesla was such a plus and saved us a ton on Ubers! Javier was the most accommodating and everything was pristine! We will definitely be booking every time we come to Florida! Perfect experience.

This Airbnb was perfect for a large group! There was a nice open living space for everyone to hangout and that extended to the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked multiple meals and had a BBQ with no problem. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downside is the location has some highway noise but it didn't bother the group.

This house is a real gem! It’s spacious, comfy and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and watching the wildlife roam about, it felt like I was in the islands. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again. P.S. One of guests wanted to include how lovely the linens smelled.😊

My family traveled to Miami for my son's college graduation and this place was perfect! It was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space but cozy enough for us all to gather for dinner or chatting. The best part was Nadia's responsiveness! We had a change of plans and needed to move his graduation bbq to the property and not only did Nadia allow this (for a very reasonable fee) but she also came to the property with very short notice and provided decorations that she helped set up! My family enjoyed the property and I definitely plan to book again the next time I am in the area!

Just the perfect place to stay, quite, comfortable, peaceful. I love staying here and plan on staying here again when I’m in town. My kids live 10 min away so it’s the perfect location for me. Ale was a great host. Responded quickly and friendly. Thank you

Beautiful home, the neighborhood is gorgeous. Literally around the corner from Million dollar homes. We had a few hiccups, trash left behind and an issue with a leaky shower, but the host was super responsive and great to work with. We would love to be a guest at this property again in the future.

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

Belle’s place felt like home, and honestly one of the best I’ve stayed in. It was very comfortable and she had thought of so many nice extras. The balcony outside the master bedroom was perfect for morning coffee and the closets and beautiful bathrooms were spacious. The sofa had an automatic reclining feature that was awesome for watching Netflix. And the view was so nice! The back yard was pleasant for watching the ducks and other birds. Belle was pleasant to work with and I would definitely stay at her place again. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was so quiet and peaceful and on a lovely street. It was located very close to everything we had planned during our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Santiago was very quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.

The Host was very responsive to all question. The place was spotless. It was in a perfect location for what we were looking for. The espresso maker was a PLUS since we are big coffee drinkers. Thank for everything. Highly recommend.
