We had the most incredible stay at this impeccable beach house. The place was squeaky clean, beautifully maintained, and exuded a tranquil, relaxing vibe that made it hard to leave. The host was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Every detail was perfect, from the stunning beach views to the cozy, inviting interior. I’d love to come back again and again—this gem is a true paradise!

Wow, what an awesome hidden gem 💎!! We had the best time and everything was precisely as described!! Patti is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable!! Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful time kayaking down Petite Anse and sunbathing on the deck overlooking the bayou!! I had the best time fishing and soaking up all the scenery of the wildlife and landscape…. My husband said “he was in the clouds” whilst he slept in the very comfy bed downstairs!! Pristinely clean and very well stocked with all amenities!! All the sweet lil extras was a welcome treat!! TY Will definitely be back!! 💯 🙏🙌💖🎣🥂

This was really an accommodating stay , the neighborhood is really nice and the house is really clean and spacious. Every restaurant known to man is within a few miles There is an African style zoo just over an hour away with lions, tigers, giraffe and many other animals ZOOSIANA. Awesome movie theater with lounge recliners and a bowling alley not too far neither. Walmart is only a mile away too. It’s only an hour away from the gulf also, (holly beach) you have to ride a car ferry to that particular beach (which was really cool it only cost 1 dollar. No extraordinary American landmarks but for a simple good time it’s great. Also 1 hr away is the regatta , this place is amazing food , drinks and you can eat on an enormous patio I would highly recommend Carlos and his place

Tonya’s place is perfect for those looking to fish. Which was exact what we came to Port Arthur to do. My suggestion is to do a pick up order at Walmart before you get to the house, besides the gas station there isn’t much on that side of town. There is a great boat ramp right down the road, has three piers to fish off or launch a boat if you have one. We had to check out early due to our dog cutting his paw back home. Tonya was quick to respond with check out information. My kids loved the fact that the house was on stilts and we even walked over to the park which was about a block away. Quiet location with lots of outdoorsy things to do- sea rim state park, the battle ground, watching the boats, and fishing.

The apartment was just as described “ charming and luxurious” and Tonyas attention to detail is flawless. We are currently remodeling our home in Lake Charles and needed a strategic apartment for work and my children’s school, this place allows you to get anywhere in lake Charles in minutes. The apartment has all the amenities needed with high-end products and thoughtful touches. Tonya and Mark are amazing they knew my children would be staying with me and they added children’s reading books and toys which made the transition even easier for my kids. Unfortunately, Lake Charles was hit by category four hurricane but before its arrival Tonya and Mark, were in constant communication offering advice and preparation supplies. We ultimately evacuated before the storms arrival, after Tonya and Mark still reached out making sure we were in a safe place. I will most certainly be returning to Lake Charles to finish rebuilding; as well as, stay with Mike and Tonya in the near future. Thank you guys

House was fantastic! Great weekend get away with a beautiful view and great amenities and atmosphere. Chris was great and had everything lined out for us. Will be back!

The home was extremely spacious and clean. It was in a wonderful neighborhood with a very nice view of a small pond from the backyard. Zhuyan was also very responsive. The beds were all comfortable and large. I think the listing needs to be updated. I found that it was inaccurate. The listing says there are no cameras there are at least 3 outside cameras. It also says there is a fire pit, there wasn’t one. Finally, the kitchen essentials were running very low and pretty worn. Again wonderful home for a large family and I would 100% stay again. The listing just needs an update.
