The Laundry/Mud room has New washer/dryer, a folding table with hanging rack and storage. The bedding is new and very nice. 2 Full size and 1 Twin are in the loft accessible by the spiral stairs & has a seating area. Comfy and cozy get away. I am NOT LOCATED IN LAFAYETTE, so if you stay here please understand that you could be 10 to 20 minute drive depending on your destination
