Waterfront vacation rentals in Iona

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

I definitely plan on booking here again! The area was nice and the home was even nicer. If you are looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend this one! :)

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

Great place to stay! Everything from the beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The private balcony was a perfect place to relax if you need a break from the beach. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Delroy’s house. It was brand new and was extremely clean. It was bright and beautifully decorated. The office space was fantastic. We really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and walkable. We really enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai watching the wildlife in the canal. Delroy was also very responsive. We highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

It is a very nice place. We sat out on the patio every night and had dinner. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had a nice relaxing visit.

Susan was a great host — very kind and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The place was spotless and exactly as described. We really liked spending time out on the dock — such a great spot to relax. We’d definitely love to come back and stay again!

Lovely home in a prime spot on the water. Caught all sorts of fish right off the seawall. Short boat ride over to Sanibel. Home had tones of space with huge rooms. Kids loved the pool table.

Not only is the house amazing the surroundings are so peaceful. It’s everything pictured plus more. Gretel herself was a very responsive host was flexible with early check-in and then unfortunately our flight out was delayed and she accommodated that as well. She is one of the best host I’ve had the pleasures of dealing with thus far on our journeys.! The master bedroom door is a sliding pocket door and it was off the hinge. I emailed her immediately and she responded with. She can get somebody out that day to fix it. We did not need it fixed, but that’s how quickly she would have acted upon that service if we needed it it was just the two of us in this gorgeous amazing house so it was nothing that needed to be fixed immediately! We will be back!

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

Me and my wife love the place it was so lovely and close to the beach and she had beach chair and towels for us and a Wang of the beach.

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and everything I could have asked for and so much more. Mother Nature was not our friend however the staff helped with any of the uncontrollable situations handed to us ALL this past week. My mom and I loved it so much we looked into the real-estate listings. I can’t wait to come back when it’s not in the beginning of hurricane season and get a dry look around. With that being said, this resort has a fantastic beach for shelling and amazing views. Even the dolphins came to swim close to the shore. 10 out of 10, can’t wait to sea you again!!

We LOVED our stay. It was so peaceful and the view from the balcony was magical. The care/communication was top notch! Highly recommend!

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

Lisa and Chris's place was wonderful. Their place was clean and beautiful. They had a little welcome bowl of snacks, a couple drinks and even extra sunblock if needed. They also responded very quickly whenever we had any questions and offered a late checkout if needed. Would definitely recommended.
