Allen is an excellent host and very understanding and welcoming! Walking into the house, we were immediately impressed with how much bigger the space was than what the pictures depicted! We loved it and it was fun for each of us to come in and run around looking at all the rooms and amenities - beautiful layout! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! Unfortunately, we were only passing through town this time, but hopefully next time we will be able to explore Fountain Square! Thank you again and again.

Location was great and we were within walking distance of a nearby coffee shop and restaurant. Loved our time here!

The Woodsy Retreat was just what we needed for our weekend trip to Indianapolis for a family wedding. We planned to stay in the city close to the venue but soon realized the city life was not for us - Especially for our daughter’s dog. The quiet peaceful location was perfect despite the rainy weekend. We could relax in the “home away from home” and enjoy our family time away from the bustle. Only a 35 minute commute to downtown Indianapolis. We will recommend this to others as we appreciate the close proximity, easy access and peaceful area.

This place was huge, the bedrooms were big and multiple washrooms was very handy. We let the propane stove and enjoyed the hot tub each night. Although it’s not walkable to downtown, we knew that before booking and had a rental car that we parked out front on the street for free each night with no hassle. If we ever go back to Indianapolis, I won’t even search we will just book this place. It was awesome.

Great stay at Jesse’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Jesse was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We only stayed for one night while in town seeing a musical, but we had a great stay! Will definitely try to stay here again if in the area. The place was super cute, clean, updated, and comfortable! We didn't get a chance to try the hot tub, but it looked really nice. Oh, and there is a little bunch of restaurants within easy walking distance. We went to Upland College Ave Tasting Room and the food/drinks were delicious!

We had a fantastic stay! The owners were incredibly responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. The place itself is super cute, and our kids absolutely loved it. The hot tub on the covered patio with a TV was such a fun bonus, so much better than staying in a hotel! Plus, having a Kroger just down the road made it really convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay right on canal w canal access

Christina was extremely kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment is charming, spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. She left us plenty of coffee and other goodies to use. The location is in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown which makes it very accessible to everywhere you want to go. Overall a wonderful place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

This was a great place. It’s roomy, new, and well-stocked. The property management company was very responsive. Having the bedrooms on separate ends of apartment was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

House was comfortable and has a lot of charm. I love the hard wood flooring. the color, feel l, and sound of it just added to the feel of getting away from it all. my family and I was able to decompress and relax as well as get our individual projects completed. Michelle was very proactive. She reached out to us to make sure we were okay prior to check in, during our stay when I had a question she replied really quick, and during the check out she wanted to make sure we had no issues. When we return later this year I will definitely look forward to staying here again if it is available.

Nice Place. The pool was heated, which was awesome for the kids. The firepit below was nice as well. It was relaxing to sit out back, the adults could relax by the fire, while the kids played in the pool. The house itself was roomy, and everything worked as it should. Perfect for families. And about 10/12 minutes from baseball fields, Grand Park.

Kim was great from beginning to end. Very understanding and sympathetic to my situation showed a lot of empathy for me and my family. The house was very nice and very clean also a great area. I truly appreciate Kim’s hospitality. My family felt great and thought it was the best idea to get an Airbnb for us to sit reminisce on family. Thank you again, Kim! This is my first time renting an Airbnb and it will not be my last. This has been an awesome experience. I had reservations at first, but you made it really easy for me. Truly appreciate you. TP

We stayed here for our Taylor Swift concert and it was perfect for that! Would love to come in the summer so we could use the pool! Super clean & Debbie was very responsive! Would book again :)

After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

Host is very responsive and communication is greatly appreciated the home was great and definitely recommend host and the home to anyone very understanding and sweet thank you for the stay❤️

This was my second stay. Like the first, the home was clean, easy to navigate with my wheelchair, etc. Will stay again if in the area.

I had theost relaxing stay at Julie's property. She was really professional and accommodating. She allowed an early check in which was amazing the background was my favorite part of the stay very relaxing and peaceful. She privated plenty of towels and extra blankets to make it feel home. I really enjoyed the jar on the table allowing us to write what we are thankful for. Over all 10/10 I would stay again and recommend to family and friends. Their was a set of neighbors that made it uncomfortable to sit on the front of the property but outside of that I was over all amazed. Thank you again Juile 🩷

The BR Bungalow was a perfect fit for us during our weekend in Indy. The house is in a great location. We could walk to all the shops, music venues, and restaurants in BR. Attention to detail by the hosts was evident, from the guidebook and instructions to the amenities and decor inside the home. Lastly, we are so thankful they are pet-friendly (our dog LOVED the cushy dog bed and completely private, fenced back yard). We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed at this quaint, cozy house while in town for a basketball tournament and had a great experience. The home has two bedrooms upstairs and an additional space with a futon in the basement, which worked out perfectly as a hangout area for the kids. The house was stocked with essentials for cooking, including seasonings, cooking sprays, pans, and dishes, which made meal prep easy. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer on-site, complete with stocked detergents. The beds were comfortable enough for our stay, and the location was ideal for the tournament we were attending. There’s also a nice outdoor space, though it was too cold during our visit to fully enjoy it. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped spot that suited our needs perfectly.

Five stars! Richard is an amazing host. What a great check in experience - a personal note, along with wine and bagels and creme cheese! He gave very clear directions for check in and was flexible when we needed. He was so responsive to every message and every little question. The place was great, just as described and perfect for our party of 10. Will stay here again, for sure!
