House vacation rentals in Indianapolis

The house was clean and perfect for our needs. The location was very convenient. Some houses in the immediate area look run down, but it appears to be a rapidly redeveloping area with great access to downtown. The scent of the air freshener was very strong when we first entered and that set off my allergies. I might suggest using something hypoallergenic or aroma free. But other than that it was a great stay.

Nice Old home with fun artistic twist to the decor. The beds were comfy and the space was clean. The host messaged us a few times to welcome us and remind us about check out details. It was a great spot for our short stay in Indy.

This was a GREAT place to stay. We loved it and will stay again when we're in Broad Ripple. The house was cozy and full of character. Lots of outside space, easy parking, really cool furniture and kitchen set up. We were there to work all weekend, and it was the perfect place to come "home" to. The only negative was that we were there to work - would have loved to just hang out at the house more :-).

Very comfortable accommodations with a cute modern flair. Great location and walkable to many restaurants and activities. The bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay there again.

Jonathan’s place was a very nice place to stay when a storm caused a problem with the hot water heater he was there to fix it right away he runs a very highly recommended air bnb thanks for such a great place to stay.

Great place to stay if you’re in town for events at Grand Park. Convenient location.

We had such a great stay here! We did a short trip with our young kids and dog and it was the perfect location to get to the zoo, the Children’s Museum and lots of good food spots. The neighborhood was very safe and a cute area. It was so nice to be able to let our dog out in the fenced in backyard. Mitchell was super responsive and a great host. Our family would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks again!

Loved spending our honeymoon at this charming house. It's in walkable distance to an art gallery and some restaurants, which we loved. We slept up in the cozy secret loft. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we both loved the upstairs jet tub!! Would definitely recommend.

This was a beautiful, well-stocked house. We were there for a weekend and loved the large television and movie chairs. The house was so clean and absolutely delightful.

House was perfect for a weekend away with the kids. Super close to great restaurants (Loco had amazing food and Mashcraft had excellent beers) and to the children’s museum. Inside was super modern but cozy. The beds were super comfy, bathrooms were nice and they had toys and flatware for children. The hot tub was a nice touch. Wish our stay was during a weekend that was above freezing and not raining so we could have taken advantage of the backyard. Jesse was courteous and responsive.

Great spot for a group of 8 visiting Butler. There was a dartboard, game table, hot tub, and TVs in every room. Perfect for the adults and our teenage children. If we wind up at Butler, we’ll be back.

Beth’s house is beautifully decorated, comfy and was close to lots of great Indy spots. We enjoyed our two night stay!

The pictures don't do this home any justice, this home was beautiful. Joe was a great host and very responsive and left clear instructions. The home and area was very peaceful, private, and great for a family or friends get away. Close to the way, grocery stores, and more. I would highly recommend Joe's place and will use him anytime I'm back in Indianapolis.

Clean place, nice neighborhood

Our stay was perfect! The house was great for my partner and our dog. The location was AMAZING! We were able to walk to tons of local bars literally a block or two away. Scooters and bikes were right on the corner and we were able to ride right into the city. It was a VERY QUIET neighborhood too. The location was right off the interstate and so easy to get to. We couldn’t have stayed at a better place. We plan to book again the next time we are visiting! Thanks for everything!

We had a great stay at Adam’s place! Easy walk to Amelia’s and KanKan and close to many other things. We want to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor spaces!

Plenty of beds available. House was clean. The house was located right where we needed it, close to many of the places we had planned on getting to. Nice big yard for the dogs to enjoy.
