We were trying to find a last minute room at a hotel but all the usual hotels brands were booked and only some "questionable" hotel brands were available. I searched Airbnb and found Siemon's rooms. On the surface the room pictures looked similar to some of the budget hotel offerings, but I decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews. Siemon was helpful and proactive in all communications. When we arrived at the location, it was initially difficult to find the correct doors to enter, but I appreciated the keypad access to the outside door and the room based on a code of my choosing. The room itself was better in person than conveyed in the pictures. I would not call the furnishings luxurious, but they are clean, in excellent condition, and everything you would need for a very reasonable price. The environment was extremely quiet and restaurants are in walking distance. I would gladly stay with Siemon the next time I need a room in the area. Very happy and recommended!

Great location on the “main” street, Warren Street. The owner made a point of introducing herself and showed us another Air BNB unit in the building, her outdoor garden and studio. We appreciated the warm welcome she extended to us. Thank you! Bettina, Meredith and Lauren

Lovely room and in a convenient location. Everything was clean and neat, and very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying there!

The Depot Inn was quaint and very clean. The room seemed very large compared to a typical hotel room. Very nice and would highly recommend.

My husband and I were in the area just for the night to pick up a family member for a road trip. The location in the Depot Square connected to me, as my mom used to take me to the Farm Shoppe when I was little. I wish I had the time to eat there but we left very early. The location was convenient, different for sure - but well done. Easy, spacious, comfortable & clean. Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again when visiting back home.

Excellent choice for a busy professional like myself who likes to occasionally cook. Can’t beat the location, and the building has been beautifully done. Really easy to check in and live in. Look forward to being back here.

We had a great stay in NY. The apartment was nice and updated - great views from the windows. Each room was clean and had its own thermostat. There was more storage than anyone could ever need. The front desk was helpful. The building had good amenities too: huge laundry room with games (ping pong/billiards/foosball) and a gym. It was also pretty close to the subway/ferry.

Great apart-hotel & very convenient to stay with a group of friends. Easy walking distance to LES / Soho, and otherwise very easy to get to the subway (5-10 minute walk). Area is very safe, great receptionist / host & security all night long. Really appreciated being able to store luggage on our last day. Only pitfall is that the aircon / heaters are very loud, which makes it hard to sleep at night if also trying to regulate temperature

I believe the person we were in communication with was Rauel. Such a delight to work with, clearly passionate about making guests feel welcome, at home and does it all with a gracious smile and ease. I will definitely be staying again anytime I am in the area! could not recommend enough 🫶🏽

Right by the Brooklyn bridge and Pier 11, we were able to take a ferry in to Brooklyn and spent most of the first day there. Also close to Battery park (15 min walk) that took us to Ellis Island. Near by the Wall St. metro which gave us access to many places uptown. Thanks!

I couldn't get the tv to work but, maybe it wasn't included, happy that I brought instant coffee to make in the microwave

John’s place was easy to find, I felt super comfortable and safe. Would stay here again if I was in town.

Really enjoyed my stay, & the value is def worth the amount of amenities you get compared to other locations & especially motels/hotels. Was peaceful & had no issues my entire stay, even extended my stay an extra week.

This was my third time staying here as I visit Rome yearly for business. Great stay at a great price.
