Everyone should find their getaway at The Tree House, absolutely poetic magic.

They were responsive with any questions or issues I had. I would stay there again. Only issue I had was parking availability. The Airbnb was nice and comfy

The stay here was very nice. The host was very responsive, friendly and professional. The building and the apartment space were very clean. Having to access the apartment and the building via the latch app made the stay feel secure and safe. There is also easy access from parking garage next to the building in which you’d have to pay to park, but there is plenty of free street parking across the street from the building and on the next block over. I would definitely stay here if/when I visit the Birmingham area again.

Marvin was highly responsive and helpful. The space was just as shown, the rooftop common area was great, what a cool old building with a modern twist.

I stayed here because my son had a way basketball game and I must say I was really satisfied! We were close to everything we needed to be. The place was spacious and clean and what was most important to me SAFE!! Highly recommend

Kathleen’s place was the perfect spot for me and my two Weimaraners. They are like children to me. All they want is a place to watch TV and relax on their doggy mat. They are not high maintenance nor do they bark. I needed a place to get ready for a wedding and a bridal luncheon. Kathleen‘s place was stocked with coffee and clean towels and linens. It was a beautiful place. Although I didn’t need all the amenities, I could definitely see how it would be a great place to come back and spend a few days visiting family in Birmingham. It’s also a prime location to stay and go to great restaurants nearby. Also, you’re on a high floor at the end and it’s so quiet. I slept like a baby. So did my sweet baby dogs. Not one peep from them. Also, if you’re worried about walking your dog, it’s so easy. I’ll definitely be back when I have the time to spend and enjoy the city. It’s a great value. I highly recommend her condo. There’s even a really nice workout facility. How amazing! 5 stars

Wendy's place was great. The apartment is really cute, clean, has a really comfortable bed, covered parking, and access to a pool. The complex is within walking distance to Publix, UAB, museums, and night life. definately would recommend and will stay there again.

We had 8 guys staying there for our golf trip. Delaine was very helpful. If you had a problem she took care of it. We cooked steaks on the grill and walk to places to eat. Nice having restaurants in walking distance. Very unique experience staying a home built in 1903.

If anyone misses out on Cordell listing, their heart should be broken. He was top tier. Every time I reached out to him, he answered the phone or replied to a message right away. I will definitely book with him again. The distance from downtown and local attractions was 10 minutes or less.

Jay was a great host. The home was fantastic and in a beautiful neighborhood. Jay was available at all times and helped make our stay for the week relaxing and stress free.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Kathi was very nice and extremely helpful. She was extra concerned about me and if i needed anything. I loved the house. Quiet neighborhood, near stores and can get the major delivery services. Not long ride to and from airport or downtown Birmingham. Absolutely would stay again

Mark's place is a great home for a big group. We loved it! It was well stocked with what we needed and big enough that we never felt cramped even when hanging out inside. The outside porch/patio was gorgeous. There's even a fun scavenger hunt and cool decorations throughout staying with the theme
