Vacation rentals with a patio in Homewood

I liked it so much that I’m going to book it again for my mom. Clean living room & bathroom, comfortable bed, easy access, and great tasting restaurants blow and across the street.

It was a beautiful place with the tallest ceilings I've ever seen! It's in a really cute little shopping district with a coffee shop only a few blocks away. We really enjoyed our time here and will try to stay here again next time through Birmingham

We went for a wedding weekend and enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to so many restaurants. Place was clean, cozy, and absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again!

Susan was a great host. We had a problem with the A/C, but she addressed it right away and resolved the issue. And for our one day inconvenience her refunded our full amount. If the property is available I will be staying there again. Thanks.

I stayed here while working this past week in Birmingham. The location was perfect!!! The instructions on how to enter the building were so easy to understand and it was a breeze to get into the unit. It’s a very secure building. The was an odor in the hall but nothing horrendous just something I couldn’t place. Would have loved a floor lamp or table lamp in the living room but that’s just personal preference. The only “issue” is the unit is right across the street from children’s hospital so you can hear ambulances but so easy to tune out. Loved having on-site parking and you can actually see the spot for the unit. Tried to book it again for July work trip but it was already booked. Would definitely stay here again

The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The lake and park are very nice and peaceful. Everything was very clean. Lots of supplies were provided by the host. The back porch is nice to sit on and is private.

Great place to stay - steps from downtown. We were able to walk to pepper place which is always a bonus. Clean and for the area its located felt safe being up on the hill.

We enjoyed our stay at RaQuitta’s place. We came up for a baseball tournament and It was in the perfect location between the several ball parks that we played at during the week. RaQuitta is a great host and super responsive if needed. Everything was great! We would definitely stay again should we be in the area!

Excellent location to enjoy the Downtown/UAB area! We stayed for our son's graduation and had a great experience. The home was clean and comfortable! The mattresses and bedding were excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Taegan's listing to anyone staying in the downtown Birmingham area!

Wonderful, cute, clean, quiet place to stay for a long weekend in Birmingham. It is close enough to downtown to be near all the restaurants and happenings, but was located in a neighborhood area that was quiet and felt very safe. Mark was an exceptional host during our stay. He was always responsive and courteous for any requests or questions we had. I was visiting family in town and they brought over my two toddler nieces to let them play with a sprinkler in the backyard. Mark was kind enough to bring us a water hose and hooked it up for us while we were out exploring the city, which made our weekend plans possible and the kids were able to play all afternoon. I will be back in town for visits in the future and will 100% stay in Mark's property again for sure!

Wonderful experience renting from Britt. Everything went smoothly and the place was perfect.

If anyone misses out on Cordell listing, their heart should be broken. He was top tier. Every time I reached out to him, he answered the phone or replied to a message right away. I will definitely book with him again. The distance from downtown and local attractions was 10 minutes or less.

This house was beautiful. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The instructions were very clear and understandable. The train didn’t keep me up or wake me up once inside you can’t hear it. Next time I’m in Birmingham I hope this house is available cause I will be booking it again.

Great little house, would love to stay longer. There is a fence in the backyard, the neighbors do have dogs so if you have aggressive or territorial dogs there is a patch in the fence that connects with the other dogs. Otherwise, really cute space- catering towards dogs which was great since we were on a week long road trip. Thanks again Adam

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

Was priced great, clean and had everything we needed

Suzy was an amazing host! The house was completely gorgeous and more than worth the money. There’s ton to do within walking distance of the homestead. We did have a small issue with the AC, but Suzy jump in and got right on it and literally had a company out within 1 hr. I’ll definitely be staying again.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time here, the area is very cute! We paid $40 for parking close by, because street parking was minimal. The area felt safe, I appreciate the multiple security measures to access the apartment. The apartment itself is nice, well decorated and cozy! The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows provided. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
