Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Homewood

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Birmingham! The location was perfect—right near the heart of the city, close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions. The space itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host Raquel was excellent—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. She also provided great local recommendations, which made my trip even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham

Juliana was a wonderful host! Always proactive and responsive with communication. Exterior lights were kindly left on for an after dark arrival making checking in so much easier. The stay was wonderful. Very clean and cozy accommodations. I looked forward to coming back here to rest after long days of work. Definitely saving as a favorite place to stay for when I'm in the area again. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was spotless and well stocked with essentials. It’s centrally located to many attractions like the Railroad Park and Sloss Furnaces. I loved that Publix was across the street and there were quick eateries on the same block. As an Airbnb host myself, I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and we look forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Here in Birmingham for a family wedding, we needed room for 6 and the Patriot house worked out great. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with two huge walk-in showers. Kitchen was very clean and the living area very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, especially at night, which we liked. Josh was a very responsive host. I would highly recommend the Patriot House for anyone wishing to stay in Bham, especially if you have things to do with UAB or downtown.

This place is sooo cute. We loved everything about it. It was so clean and smelled so good. The beds were confortable and there was everything you could need in the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again .

traveled to Birmingham for a wedding and found this Airbnb to be exactly what we needed. Location was great for all of our wedding activities. Plenty of stores to get groceries and such. Host was very to communicate with

After 6 years away, we were back in B’ham for our son’s wedding and the house was perfect for our visit. The 3 full baths made it easy for 5 adults to shower and dress without running out of hot water. The house was comfortably uncluttered making it a safe location for our 3.5 yr granddaughter. The pop-up crib was a wonderful feature for the baby. The fully stocked kitchen made breakfast prep a breeze. Homewood park was our granddaughter’s favorite park, and we checked out several! We did not do the game level fair justice as we had many events at area sights but let me say the game level is fully stocked. You will be happy with your decision to stay here. The best piece of mind aspect was knowing the house was pet free as several of us have allergies.

Martin’s place is the perfect pet-friendly place in the perfect location. The fenced-in backyard is awesome. This Airbnb had FAR MORE AMENITIES than any other Airbnb where I have stayed. The kitchen had plastic wrap and aluminum foil and soap and dishwasher pods. The laundry room had detergent pods and dryer sheets and an entire box of trash bags. The bathroom had hand soap and body wash and hair dryer and tons of other toiletries. There is SO MUCH STORAGE EVERYWHERE. My only word of caution is that this is marketed as a three-bedroom but it only has two beds. Feel free to bring an air mattress or sleep on the sofa if you truly need additional sleeping options. I still give this place FIVE STARS. If you are THINKING about it, BOOK IT. If you don’t, someone else will. Good job, Martin. Pearl and I can’t wait to stay here again.

Really enjoyed the stay, as soon as we walked in my 4 year old stated, Mommy this is beautiful. Very cozy and quiet. You will feel right at home.

This was an incredible stay. They had the place very well stocked. We could walk to restaurants and ice cream for the kiddos. We would definitely stay again!

I was in town visiting a family member in the hospital and Amy's place turned out to be an excellent choice. I had to get a little help with check-in but Amy was responsive and everything else was great. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I needed including WiFi so I was able to keep up with my work and online class. Also it was a very short drive to the hospital so the location was just perfect. Parking was a little tricky but I got some help from locals. A totally great experience overall. I would stay again. Great location. Exactly what was shown in photos. Check in was easy and Marie was so helpful in getting my family and I checked out early before some severe weather, which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was listed and explained on the listing. I'm disabled and had a hard time finding a adequate place to stay and Robert And Ritika were very responsive to my question's about my needs. I look forward to booking my next stay's with them.
