This place is absolutely beautiful, very clean and private. Luckily this place is walking distance to my dad’s house so I will definitely be back soon. The place was extremely clean and beyond comfortable. Great fishing in the pond and so relaxing . To not hesitate to book this place . There is a bridge you must cross and it’s a little steep but manageable and kinda fun. Skip was an awesome host and very quick to respond. 10/10

Staying at the cabin by the lake was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a serene postcard scene. The view of the lake was breathtaking,calm, crystal-clear waters that shimmered under the morning sun and reflected the most stunning sunsets in the evening. The cabin itself was equally impressive. It was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. From kitchen essentials to spices, every detail had been considered. It felt like a home away from home, only better, with nature right at your doorstep. Waking up to the sound of birds, enjoying coffee on the deck overlooking the lake, and winding down with a fire made for the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Whether we were canoeing, stargazing, or just unwinding in the peace, every moment was special.I cannot recommend this cabin enough for anyone looking to recharge,reconnect with nature, or simply escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Me and my 4 best friends spent a wonderful weekend here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The grounds are beautiful, quiet and peaceful and the house is comfortable, clean and fun. It’s a short drive to Canton First Monday and restaurants, grocery store. The hosts were very responsive to any question or request we had and the house was well stocked. The bottled water and goodies to make s’mores was a plus! They even had wood in the fire pit ready to go! I would definitely recommend staying here and plan on coming back with my sister and our girls.

My husband and I are enjoyed our stay it was very quiet and peaceful a great getaway.

Can't say enough good things about this wonderful cabin stay. my son & I came here to relax after a weekend elsewhere where we partook in many activities. this was our 2nd stay of the getaway, for relaxing, WiFi lol and peace & boy was it just that! everything was amazing f/ the incredibly comfy beds to the screened in patio to sit & sip coffee in the mornings. the cabin has everything u need & the bathrooms are fantastic (the master shower was to die for)! we really enjoyed our time playing the provided Monopoly deluxe game, cooking & grilling our meals, fishing & loving on the pup that came to guard the porch occasionally. we both fell in love w/ the cabin & did not want to leave! we loved having our own spaces w/ our own tvs & bathrooms, plus a shared area when it was time for quality time together. Shelia was also very kind, & flexible with us on our early arrival. My son said "I could totally live here", that's how homey and comfy it was! TY Shelia! We plan on coming back!

Had a few questions when we first arrived and Jessie was immediately responsive and very gracious. We have stayed here many times over the years and I'm always amazed how it never changes. Always clean and beautifully put together, the perfect getaway cabin! We love to fish and the pond did not disappoint, we caught (and released!) lots of fish of all sizes. Thanks again Beaver Run for a relaxing escape from reality!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location!Perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Private and full of nature and views! I hope to stay again in the future! The house was clean and comfy and had everything we needed and more. Hot tub was perfect for a relaxing soak. Highly recommend this jewel!

There were lots of wasp around haha, but that's pretty normal coming into summer in Texas. The owner was very responsive and helped me take care of the wasps that were apparently in the room! It definitely has that country feel being out on a farm. It's vwry remote and if you need some peace and quiet like I did, it's a great stay! The place really feels like lots of love and care is put into it. The hot tub on the silo is awesome. What a wonderful view and beautiful place to stay.

My husband and I rented this cabin for 3 Days 2 nights anniversary stay. We really enjoyed the seclusion of not being super close to Neighbors, surrounded by trees and nature. It was very peaceful and Serene. The cabin had many amenities to keep us entertained while having romantic evenings. We loved the vaulted ceilings, the large porches, the hot tub, the porch swing was one of my favorite places to sit, and we loved the large two shower head shower. It was also cool that there was trails to the pond and other games to play in the coffee table. We had such a good time there and would recommend this cabin for any reason to go stay there. We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful place! Very peaceful. We loved the privacy and the outdoor space is fabulous. This was our second time to stay here and we definitely be back. Special thanks to Sarah for all of her help!

What a beautiful Air bnb! We stayed one night during a cross country road strip and wished we had time for a second night. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and there were so many toys and activities for kids. Inside the house was just wonderful…we felt so at home and there were so many lovely touches. We have stayed in a lot of air bnbs and this one really was one of the best. It had every kitchen utensil or kitchen equipment you could dream of, with drawers and cupboards clearly labeled making it easy to find things in new surroundings. Very comfortable beds and sofas. The surrounding area was pretty farmland and not too far from the highway and maybe 40mins outside of Dallas so perfect for us. I’m not sure if there was much around in terms of restaurants but with such a beautiful house we really didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect place to recharge our weary travelling souls and get back on the road…highly highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described. We had a great time going to antique stores during the day and coming back in the evening to relax. We enjoyed the hot tub and the chair swings. It was a perfect trip.. Thank you Justin.

I was worried knowing there was another cabin rental on the property. To my surprise, you are secluded from the other cabins and road. We absolutely loved it. It was one of the most peaceful places we have stayed. The host did an amazing job describing the cabin and every detail. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

We were so pleased with our stay. Everything was even better than expected and the pictures didn’t begin to do it justice. The home, grounds and surroundings were beautiful. We spent the majority of our time on the screened in porch and our dogs loved the freedom of the fenced in yard. Kathy was warm, engaging and made us feel very welcomed. We wished we were able to stay longer and we wish only success and happiness for Kathy.

What wonderful hosts and such a serene place to stay! Between, what I like to call the reflection/meditation benches around the property and the peaceful atmosphere… oh and let’s not forget the dogs! It’s absolutely great! Could not have asked nor imagined a better place in that part of Texas! When I’m back that way my I’ll be looking for availability at Cary and Debby’s! This was our get away, away from the city life. It was peaceful and relaxing. Just what we were looking for. Our fur babies loved it as well.

Jerry’s cabin was the perfect peaceful retreat—quiet, private, and just what we needed to escape the city for a few days. The king size bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated how dark the room was —great for sleeping in! The well water takes a little getting used to, but it didn’t detract from the experience. Our little pup loved it too. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back!

Thank you so much for the great location to stay! We stayed Friday- Monday and everything was great. Refrigerator was broken when we got there, they had a new one put in quickly! Super AWESOME!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was a very peaceful area. you do have to drive for some food places, but it is worth it! hope to be back soon! :)
