The home was located in the heart of the 12th avenue district of Nashville. it was close to all the bars, shops, and restaurants. Although the home was walking distance, it was far enough away to escape the noise and have some privacy. The parking was an added bonus as this seems to be a premium anywhere around the 12th avenue district (during peak times). We were also very grateful to have a responsive host for recommendations, etc.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Cutest Nashville Stay – Johnny & June Vibes! Matt and Steph have the cutest house in Nashville! The “Johnny and June” theme adds such a fun, personal touch. The space is super clean, very well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It felt safe and cozy from the moment we walked in. The location is perfect—just 11 minutes to Broadway and sightseeing, and only 15 minutes to BNA International Airport. Highly recommend this charming and comfortable home for your next Nashville trip!

Our stay at the Garden House was fantastic. Even before we arrived our hosts answered all our questions and gave us some great local recommendations for places to check out. The house itself is peaceful and open, with plenty of natural light making it an ideal space to relax in after exploring Nashville! The surrounding neighbourhood is very walkable, we loved being able to go out to local spots and stroll back. If we could’ve stayed longer, we would’ve!

Perfect getaway Airbnb! Close to local spots and just a short ride to downtown Nashville. We enjoyed several of their suggestions. It was a hot weekend and the place was nice, cool, and comfortable.

This is our second time having the pleasure of staying with Kimberly at her lovely cottage! We love the beautiful & peaceful location. There are lots of great restaurants and bars in the area as well. It’s always a great place to land and rest! Clean and comfortable! We will return! 😊

I’ve never been so sad to leave an Airbnb! It was the perfect home base this weekend. It was quiet and secluded, which was a nice break from the city. The inside was nice and cozy when it was pouring rain while still offering plenty to do - and the hot tub had coverage for those rainy moments to still be able to enjoy some outside time, too. Absolutely loved the outdoor space to hang around the fire. The cabins were such a great expansion to the house because we all had plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing, too. We’re already hoping to make a trip back at some point. It’s obvious Steve and Clare put a lot of work and thought into this property. They had great recommendations and were appropriately responsive. When a bad patch of weather headed our way, they even sent instructions on what to do/where to go if the weather got severe. Really grateful for the thought they put into this Airbnb and our stay. Can’t recommend enough!

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for my anniversary! My wife and I loved the natural surroundings and the peace and quiet. Jen and Mike were very helpful, answering any questions we had and giving clear instructions on how to enter. I would love to come back and stay again!

Rented for my niece on her wedding night and they both loved it. They loved the chocolate covered strawberries left for them and it was very clean.

This cottage is very special !! Everything you need for a great stay is there plus extras !! We only had two night stay but we would have loved to stay longer. We love visiting Nashville and now found a new place to stay . We will definitly contact Cory first .

What a cute tiny home!!! It felt magical and so peaceful! It was perfect for us. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and we even got a chance to see fireflies. Everything was perfect! Would love to stay there again in the future if in the area.

Absolutely stunning place with an incredible deck out the back overlooking a beautiful forest. The inside was great and Mike has done really well giving the place a warm cozy feel. Will definitely keep in mind next time we are in the area!

Such a great and unique stay! It felt like a homefelt Tennessee southern stay, nestled in the hillside. We were greeted by the goats and enjoyed the eggs by their chickens. Quiet, private and restful. If you like R&R, this jacuzzi tub view and experience is one you don't want to miss. 💕

I have been raving about this airbnb since I stepped inside! What a fun and funky place! Somehow Deborah and Greg have managed to curate a stay that is both invigorating and relaxing. The bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I slept like a rock both nights I was there. The records were so much fun! Deb and Greg were extremely responsive, even taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and asking if I needed anything else. The guide was full of fantastic recommendations - I only wish I had booked a longer stay. There is so much to do in Nashville! I can’t wait to go back, and when I do, I will definitely book with them again! Redhotmamma House is absolutely perfect!!

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

Very beautiful place. Lacy’s landscaping is immaculate. It was so nice to have a fenced in area for my dogs to do their business! Although we didn’t use it - the hot tub is a very nice amenity. Lacy recommended some nearby places to eat and they were amazing. Close to the race track and close to Nashville. The perfect spot!

Just stayed at the cute cottage two nights while moving a family member to Nashville. Would have been great to stay longer and enjoy the cottage more. Place was clean, directions were great and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay again.
