Guesthouse vacation rentals in Harpeth River

this is my second or third time staying at this Airbnb. It’s always very clean, the kitchen is stocked with cookware so you *can* cook if you don’t want to go out every night, closet is spacious and access to washer and dryer is very helpful.

The home was located in the heart of the 12th avenue district of Nashville. it was close to all the bars, shops, and restaurants. Although the home was walking distance, it was far enough away to escape the noise and have some privacy. The parking was an added bonus as this seems to be a premium anywhere around the 12th avenue district (during peak times). We were also very grateful to have a responsive host for recommendations, etc.

This place is perfect!! It’s so clean and has everything you need! It’s in a safe part of town and convenient to everything! I would definitely stay here again. One of the best I have stayed in. Katie is extremely responsive!

Wonderful spot! Close to downtown but also in a neighborhood rich with history, personality and offering serenity in the city. Greg was a true Superhost and made himself available to answer questions, help if needed and make recommendations for the area! The place itself has real personality and is completely immaculate! We could have gone anywhere in 15 min, but honestly it was hard to leave so we grabbed takeout and ended up staying in, watching old movies and listening to music! Perfect for the homebody couple or the adventurers! We will book again!

this place is soooo cosy!! we had the best stay - super comfortable, cute and right in the heart of the beautiful 12 south neighbourhood. also walkable to downtown for all the action! the hosts were really accommodating and flexible, even providing a kettle for us Brits 😅 100% recommend this gorgeous home - easily one of the nicest air bnbs I've ever stayed in!

We stayed at Amy and Ben's place for a long weekend trip and would love to return! Their place is in a beautiful neighborhood, and we found ourselves walking to the 12 south area every day! The space itself is perfect with plenty of space and privacy!

Our stay at the Garden House was fantastic. Even before we arrived our hosts answered all our questions and gave us some great local recommendations for places to check out. The house itself is peaceful and open, with plenty of natural light making it an ideal space to relax in after exploring Nashville! The surrounding neighbourhood is very walkable, we loved being able to go out to local spots and stroll back. If we could’ve stayed longer, we would’ve!

Exceptional private apartment above the detached garage. Listing pictures are accurate. Really nice layout with anything you could need. The feel and craftsmanship of the entire place can be seen and felt, the kitchen and bathroom are exceptionally well done. The provided oscillating fan and Dyson vacuum were nice to be able to use as well. Beautiful neighborhood with charming homes, felt completely safe and was very quiet. If you’re driving anything larger than a midsize SUV, you will need to park in the front of the hosts home, the provided parking in the rear at the garage is a bit tight.

We had such a great stay at Collin's placr! The neighborhood is adorable and peaceful, with plenty of food options in walking distance. Collin was super helpful providing us with lots of recommendations in the area, and we were impressed with everything we tried! The house comfortable and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Alyssa was the best host ever! She reached out and gave us great directions and responded to our needs even after we checked in. Her place was so cute and exactly what we were hoping for. The location could not be better. We wanted a walkable area where we could get great food and fun shopping. Oh my! That is exactly what 12 South is like. My friends and I plan on staying here again and recommending Alyssa’s place to all of our friends!

This was a cute place! About 10 mins from downtown and the area is actually safe. The driveway getting up to it is a little steep, but it wasn’t bad. The hose was very responsive and helpful.

Stayed at Katherine’s place for one night to break up a long drive and I’m so sad we couldn’t stay longer. This is by far the cutest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. My mom, aunt, and I were all joking about how badly we wished we could live there permanently. It was decorated beautifully, was in the perfect location in Nashville to not be too far away from the attractions I love but in such a lovely/quiet neighborhood, and also Katherine was the perfect host. Her instructions and info made the stay super straightforward and she was so friendly I felt completely comfortable being in her guest cottage behind her house. Would 100% stay here the next time I’m in Nashville.

Beautiful place, well maintained and optimal privacy. Easy to find and perfect location for us. Stephanie was flexible and responsive. This will be our top choice when we come back to Nashville.

Jon was a great host always responsive he let us check in early after our long drive. His place was cute and quiet and private but close enough to downtown. Walkable to many things. Easy check in and out. Parking right next to the unit or lots of street parking. Has everything you need for a great stay in Nashville.

we had a lovely stay in the little phoenix. it is a beautiful, well-curated space. it was exactly the peaceful place we needed. would definitely stay again!

This is one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot. I purposely picked an area away from downtown and broadway. The east side of Nashville has great food, drinks and entertainment. The apartment was very high quality, comfy and really quiet. Overall such a great place and I hope I get to stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spotless, peaceful, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the biggest highlights for me was the yard—it’s spacious, well-kept, and completely fenced in, which was perfect for my dog to run around safely. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with a pet, this place checks all the boxes. I’d absolutely stay here again!

My stay at The Carriage House was excellent! Smooth check-in process and the location is unbeatable in terms of walkability and things to do. The unit itself had everything I needed and more for a two week stay. Highly recommend.

The instructions were so clear and the house so well-stocked that I never had to contact the host with questions. Great house, clean, attractive with all needs supplied. Location convenient to anything in East Nashville as well as downtown. I would gladly stay there again next time I’m in town.
