Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Harpeth River

We had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights . we loved the location and the apartment was perfect for what we needed . The pool area was a plus for us and loved the vibe . We would recomend this place and would love to book again when we return to Nashville .

Pavel and his place were super great! He was super attentive and helpful and recommended places to eat and go out. The home was clean and quiet. Everything was so amazing ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :)

Had a great visit to Nashville. This unit was in great location close to downtown. Easy walking distance. There is an abundance of rentable scooters and bikes should you decide not to walk. Very safe area and environment. Someone at front desk at all times. This place has the best workout facility we have ever come across. Great restaurants and bars near. The unit was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. We did not have a car so can’t speak to parking but appeared to be plenty of parking. Lyft drivers were great.

We wanted to book an Airbnb for CMA fest and found Latoya’s listing. It was everything as promised. The place was very neat and tidy, as was the pool. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance which was perfect. Latoya and Deontris made sure we were well taken care of snack wise and toiletries wise. They kept us well informed of any nearby performances happening for CMA fest, and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I highly recommend and would book again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious and clean. The location was in a great area. We felt safe with lots of restaurants close by and walkable to Broadway. Our TV wasn’t working well during our stay and it was replaced right away. The management company was very responsive to my messages and always friendly. We would recommend to anyone.

Great overall experience

Great place to stay for a trip to Nashville! A short walk to broadway, with lots of things to do around the unit! Pool was also a great to have during the summer heat! The unit itself self is great, everything you’d need for a weekend! Naomi was very communicative and helpful with any and all requests, would definitely recommend!

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

We had an amazing time! the keypad entry made getting in really easy. The room was really clean and fit the four of us very comfortably. It had everything we could have wanted. We ended up unknowingly visiting during CMA's which made getting an uber/lyft impossible Saturday night but the room was luckily a safe and walkable distance from Broadway! 10/10 recommend

Great location, lovely river view when hanging out or working from the condo. We didn’t have a car, but it was very walkable to restaurants and plenty of scooters or e-bikes nearby too. Good internet for working remote, my boyfriend and I both worked remote during our stay with no issues. We stayed a little over a week and used the laundry facilities, they have an app to pay which was great! Todd was a great communicator and responsive.

Amy’s condo is beautiful and was a great location for the event we were attending. Very close to broadway street. Easy to get in and out. A bonus speakeasy in the basement which awesome. We had a couple of hiccups but Amy was VERY responsive and took care of the issues quickly. Will definitely visit and book with Amy again.

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!

The place was great! Very clean and within walking distance to downtown. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating.

We loved the location. As non savvy technology-challenged people, it was a bit frustrating getting through the process of gathering the key and getting into the elevator but we finally did it!! So walkable to Broadway honkytonks and restaurants...Just a few blocks! We would stay here again if possible. Great communication and very prompt. Cozy bed and very clean!!

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

This place was perfect for our families Nashville stay. Easy to get to and from downtown and other parts of the city, parking was no problem. And the area was a great area to get a morning jog in. Brody was an extremely responsive host and even called me to quickly get me some answers. I would 10/10 stay here again.

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Wonderful stay. Sammy took especially great care of us and was in contact within minutes. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked. Great home to stay in. I will definitely stay again.

We loved staying in this home. It was great for our family and very spacious. Great location as our favorite spot is 5 daughters. The beds are extremely comfortable and even though we were close to a busy area it was quiet. Will definitely stay again!
