We came to Richmond to celebrate our college reunion and this house was perfect for our small group. Anna was the perfect host and we'll definitely reach out again if we come back to town for another event. Thanks for being a great host and for letting us stay on your property.

Beautiful and well matained

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

Shannon’s place met our expectations. The price for our stay was more than reasonable. It’s such a quiet and calming space. Everything was super clean, and the neighbors were super friendly. Would 100% recommend it!

Their place is not only beautiful, but also thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail reflected their care and hospitality. Wow! What a wonderful place to spend a few days!! The Resort certainly lives up to its name. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every detail that was meticulously prepared for us. The host was more than helpful and accommodating for our group of 5 which included two teenagers and my mom who benefited from the accessible floorplan. The weather was perfect for the pool too. Thank YOU and we cannot wait to return the next time we are visiting family in Richmond.

Great house! It was very clean and the house looked just like the pictures. Had a really big front & back yard. Wish it was summer time so that we could’ve enjoyed the pool!

Really beautiful home in an exceptional location. The home was very clean, nice, and well-appointed. The hosts had clear instructions, were responsive, and had clearly put a lot of thought into making sure the house has everything it needs for guests, including in the kitchen. This would be a great house for families with lots of kids. The location is exceptional on the lake and when the weather is nice, it’s a perfect place to be outside.

Adorable, impeccably clean home! We used it to gather as family for my son's college graduation and it couldn't have been better. Easy access to University of Richmond and surrounding areas. Accessing the back parking lot is a little precarious the first time, but once you know how to access the lot, it makes the house 100x more accessible! Yurim was friendly and responsive to every message I sent (thank you!). I would highly recommend this home and owner should the space accommodate your needs!

Host was good to communicate with, answered all our questions quickly, and we had a great experience. Location is excellent.

We were in town for a wedding celebration. It was easy to get everywhere from the house. Plenty of room. Appreciated having room for a small dog.

very spacious and comfortable, especially the backyard. the pickleball court was so much fun. for everyone, even the little ones.

we visit Lake Anna every spring with family, and will definitely look for this place again. We'll appointed, clean, and private setting. Everything we look fo with some extras for entertaining the family right at your "temprary" hime!

Stayed here with a small group of friends to attend a concert. The place is spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The back patio was also spacious and nice. Despite being centrally located and close to everything, it wasn't noisy and disruptive outside. Very walkable to just about everything including the bus system that goes east/west on Broad which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

The home is beautiful, as is the entire neighborhood. The kitchen, bathrooms and linens were clean and tidy. The beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. The one thing mentioned by the group, was that they would’ve liked more games or cards. It’s really a minor matter compared to the overall experience, which was fantastic. Thank you, Ben for allowing us to stay in your home.

Great home in Richmond. Loved being tucked away on a nice residential street while being so close to so much. Roseanne provides a lovely home for some peaceful R & R.

The home was exactly as pictured, clean , and comfortable. The hosts were accommodating. We booked less than a week before we needed it and they treated us as if we’d been planning for months. The neighborhood was quite and the back deck was great to get some alone time away from the other guests.

Loved this home! It was very spacious if you have a large group. The location is perfect, private and accommodating. The host are very friendly just wish they were better responsive as in should be available 24/7 for guest. Other than that the place was great and would recommend if going to Richmond. It’s pretty close to the city but also private if you don’t want to deal with the city life, and crazy parking.

A group of 7 women, ages 31 to 83 stayed in Adam's place. It was PERFECT for our needs. The house was beautiful and smelled new. We enjoyed playing games at the huge dining table. The bathrooms were GORGEOUS!! We would definitely stay there again.

Our family of five had a quick stay at Josh’s and the home did not disappoint. It was spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The back porch and yard was our favorite space - the fire pit and twinkle lights created a great atmosphere. We would absolutely stay again.
