Welcome to our sweet little carriage house in the Fan District on historic Monument Ave. Carriage houses are stand-alone buildings from days when people had carriages instead of cars. These lovely old two-story buildings date to the early 1900s, but the indoors here is modernized, offering quiet, elegant privacy in the very center of the bustling Fan. We live in the main house; you will be in back private guesthouse, which you will have for yourself, but we are nearby if anything comes up!

We are looking for people who will enjoy the Historic Fan District of Richmond. The stand alone apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and renovated kitchen which has microwave, refrigerator, toaster ,and Keurig coffee machine. For our overnight guests we will provide the ingredients for a delicious breakfast: baked goods butter jams etc., 6 breakfast cereals, , fresh fruit , tea and for Keurig 10 varieties of coffee plus hot chocolate and hot apple cider.
