Cindy and Jason were fantastic hosts—always quick to respond whenever we had questions. This charming farmhouse had everything we needed, with plenty of thoughtful amenities like coffee, water, a well-stocked kitchen with spices, and all the essentials for a BBQ. It was great to be able to cook without having to buy everything from scratch. We also loved the soft, high-quality bed linens, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The location was perfect for us—very close to many sightseeing spots. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Very nice backyard, the snacks and pastries made up for the mini kitchen. One am our coffee pot and microwave breaker went out but the host was very prompt and within min everything working! One extra was a cool hideaway play area for young children. Every space was utilized very efficiently. Kids loved the jacuzzi. We even grilled freshly caught fish upstairs on the deck for dinner one night!!

This was a perfectly comfortable place for my wife and I and our dog to spend our Memorial Day weekend. checking out Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak were our main objectives and this was very nice and relaxing landing spot. Very clean and just as advertised. We were so impressed with how responsive and friendly the host’s communication was, from the reservation process through checkout, with a couple questions in between! So nice to have a peaceful little home to ourselves for our short stay in Springs. Thank you!

The property and the host are fantastic. The cozy 2 Br had everything needed for us and our dog to enjoy for several weeks. The private yard and the general artsy vibes were much appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with essential supplies. The diner style table became our favorite spot to chill, eat, chat and work. It’s in a good location for proximity to stores and dining and Garden of the Gods. Sue was super nice, and even gave us some helpful local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again for the groovy ambiance.

We were a group of 8 people and this house was perfect for us. My husband and our four kids plus two other adults were traveling together and the layout was great for a mixed group. The triple single bedroom and the room with kids beds were both in the basement, as well as one of the queen bedrooms. The ping pong table, foozball table, and arcade tables were all there so it was great for the kids. Upstairs were two queen sized bedrooms and the master bedroom with the King bed+bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and dining room were open and spacious, so we could all eat together and hang out comfortably. The hot tub was clean and there was plenty of outdoor seating. Everything in the house was pristine and clean. Our only complaint was that there weren't enough washcloths in the house for 8 people, and we had an issue with a tub not draining, but both of those issues were promptly taken care of! The hostess was responsive and helpful and made sure we had a super comfortable stay.

What an incredible experience. Tim and Laura's home was spacious,clean,and beautifully decorated. Timothy was very welcoming,and seemed to anticipate our every need.The perfect host,communicating from beginning to end. It was wonderful arriving to a homemade Italian pasta dinner,and fully stocked kitchen.I could go on about all the extra attention to details,but I'll end with the breathtaking view!!! Archer’s home is a great little slice of staycation heaven! If you’re looking for some fun in the sun or a nice family bbq this place will not disappoint! Near to the wonderful Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and near to stores! Relaxing, quiet and beautiful!

Wonderful outdoor space and cozy home. Quick walk to Prospect Park which has a spectacular view of the mountains (we recommend walking counterclockwise along the path). Virginia was easy to work with throughout our stay. We were given an early check-in, and the checkout process was the easiest one we've ever had with an AirBnB.

Nice, quiet place to stay with great views. Close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and the family event we were in town for. Brian is an excellent host. We would definitely book again!

I highly recommend Jonathan's place! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely book this place again.

We chose this property to stay because we needed just a place to rest before getting back on the road, so we really didnt stay long. The yard was really nice! There is seating to and a grill so it would have been really nice to spend more time back there and enjoy. The basketball area would have been really fun as well. It's not a big place but perfect for what we were looking for! We had an infant with us, and when we arrived, they had a play pen set up which was extremely thoughtful! Also a welcome note :) He was very nice. If we ever came back this way again, we would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this place! The different outdoor areas to enjoy were my favorite part! We had coffee outside in the mornings and a fire in the evenings! Very relaxing and just an adorable place! Books to enjoy, games and bikes to ride, she has made it a very enjoyable space!

Historic building with unique decor. I felt right at home, safe and warm. I thought it was super cute. Easy to get in, quiet with easy parking out front.

We have stayed here several times with our pup and always have a great time! This is such a special place to us where we can enjoy hanging out at the river, exploring the property and relaxing in the cabin. We love the upgrades Scott and Sarah have made to the property like the port-o by the river and the awning on the cabin. Scott and Sarah are wonderful hosts who are always friendly and accommodating. We will be back again!

Awesome location and the hosts were great. Would 100% stay again if we’re ever back in Manitou Springs!

The views from the expansive and well appointed deck are worth the price alone alone- the entire front range including Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. We didn’t cook so comments on equipment. Primary bedroom bed is very soft so if you love sleeping on a fluffy cloud you’ll love it; if firm is your preference, then not so much. Recommended breakfast restaurant La Baguette was a wonderful surprise and just a 10 mi Ute stroll. The shops along the Main Street in Old Colorado City were fun to explore. We did notice the apartment could use a better dusting and the sofa/chair covers a wash. We don’t use the second bedroom but the location is not an issue - same floor, just 2 doors to open instead of 1 to get into the main living area or it is connected to the main space via the deck.

Home was as expected in the pictures. Gabby was always there for communicating any questions we had. Place was cute and cozy. Only recommendation is maybe better instructions to get into the basement to use the washer and dryer. Other than that the home was perfect for our stay.

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

Very peaceful with back porch and furniture to enjoy it. Saw plenty of deer throughout the week in the yard and neighborhood. Best part was seeing the bear and the cubs on during the week. Mark was very responsive and sent a message when he was back in town as well as checking in on how my race went. Had suggestions for things to do. Nice park about a 1/4 mile from house with plenty of trails to walk and run. House was clean on arrival and had everything described. With you in the basement, I would take the basement photo out; but it was clearly communicated that basement was occupied by you.

The host was incredibly gracious and made everything easy. The place itself was clean, updated, and just what we needed. Parking was free and easy to access, and the location was super convenient for getting around Colorado Springs. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location which is between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. You are minutes from the COG Train that takes you to the top of Pikes Peak, minutes from Garden of the Gods, and minutes from Red Rock Hiking. We didn't get a chance but we wanted to try the Manitou incline which is right across from the COG as well. We loved Manitou Springs...such an amazing little town with great restaurants and small shops. This house really is an amazing location. The house itself was nice, especially the basement and the kitchen/dining area. The deck and the upstairs bedrooms need some updating. Some new furniture would go a long way. If you are heading to Manitou Springs, this is the place to stay.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!
