Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grand Junction

It was like staying at your Aunt's home, cozy, and lovely, and in a location that's an easy communte in all directions. We will absolutely stay here again since it was a perfect space for us!

This was our end stay at the Centennial House and hosting an event (our daughter's weding). The house was super clean and is stocked with almost any item a large family/group could need in their stay. Tamara has been so responsive, helpful, and encouraging through the planning process of using her beautiful space. She was quick to answer any questions and excelled in making sure things were ready and looking nice in the yard for us. This has been one of our favorite places to stay due to location, cleanliness, accommodations, and the hostess. Thank you!

This place is a GEM!!! You pull into the driveway, and the house looks nice, but ordinary; but then you step inside, and you realize: these folks did some SERIOUS, HIGH-END reno on basically the entirety of the space. It's AMAZING!!! Everything about it is just super legit. Comfortable, quiet, great beds and shower, kitchen and bathrooms new and pristine. Oh my goodness, my brother and I just kept looking at eachother going, "this place is ridiculously legit!!!" So yeah, if you're looking for a place to stay as a stopover; or want to use this as a base of operations for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas, DEFINITELY stay here, because it's GREAT space. A++

The Blue Door Farm is a special place. From the moment I pulled up in the drive, I loved it. I got there about an hour early, but the Airbnb was ready, so they let me check in right away. I walked in the front door and it immediately felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything I needed, there was lots of comfortable seating in the living room and island. 2 nice size bedrooms and a nice size bathroom, as well. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. Super clean! Washer and dryer. I was only able to spend 1 night this trip, but wish I had time to stay longer. There is so much to explore! We will look forward to staying longer at the Blue Door Farm in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Robin and Mark!!

The home was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and peaceful! GPS directs you to the wrong road but definitely not the host's fault. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Great spot! Very spacious for our family to spread out in! The air cooler was a little interesting to figure out, but once we did, everyone was comfortable! Overall, great value and we would def book again.

Great place to stay for quick access to Grand Mesa

Susan and Pat are wonderful hosts! My parents thoroughly enjoyed staying and felt so much more like being at home instead of a hotel. Susan is responsive to messages and has basically thought of everything when it would come to any problem or question that you would have. ☺️ Not to mention very very pet friendly! We stay at Airbnbs often, so when I say this property is outstanding, it really means something. This darling guest house is on a beautiful ranch with stunning views and room to wander. It's so well appointed with fun extras like a fire table (with skewers to make s'mores!), yummy flavored syrups for your morning coffee, cozy blankets and pillows, a spectacular shower (we already miss it! ) :)...and extremely responsive and friendly hosts. The unit is attached (though separate) to the main house, but still very private. The front porch adds a whole other "room". Don't hesitate to book with Jo Dee if you need a place to stay in Fruita (an adorable Western Slope town!) or you'll really miss out. Thank you!

Amazing place! We loved it so much. It was very clean and cute. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Janell and Mike were super responsive and helpful with the checking and check- out. Overall lovely place and wonderful hosts.

There were some issues with AC they had just upgraded but they were on top of it and very communicative to fix and get it right. We saw a lot of the hosts, had some great conversations, and they did all they could to make it up to us. The only minor issue was the curtains in all the rooms were not room darkening causing my small daughter to wake up early. But that gave us more time for fun in Grand Junction.

We stayed two months here and have lots of good things to say about it: super close to the hospital which is what we were there for. Lots of amenities and very comfortable furniture. Very fast response to a small issue we had - took care of it within hours! It was surface clean but I did do some deep cleaning when I got there because the busy traffic on the street right beside the house just passes some grime onto the floors, blinds and seldom cleaned surfaces and that’s mostly because we had a toddler with us that loves to crawl around the floors and stick fingers into everything. There is a main thoroughfare immediately beside the house so traffic noise is constant no matter the time of day or night but most people probably wouldn’t notice if they don’t live way out in the country like I do. Otherwise I highly recommend this house and the rental company that care for it. Stellar folks.

Isabel’s home was welcoming and comfortable. The neighborhood is super quiet and great for walking. It’s also located practically at the base of the Colorado National Forest, super accesible from the back of the neighborhood for a scenic drive, variation of hikes, and seeing the best of CO. It’s also super close for a day trip to Moab or the Arches National Park and Palisade! Access to the garage helped so much with our pups and loading/unloading the car for our hiking days. Isabel was a great host with a lovely home, I’d definitely rent again and recommend!

It was a great place for me while I was visiting my son. Nice and clean and Joy checked in with me a couple of times to make sure I had everything I needed.

Both the place and host are super nice . Place is Ideal if you are planning to do some bike hiking as there are good bike trails near.

This place is very comfortable, clean and close to CMU. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again soon!
