Comfortable accommodation at a good price. Small and simple, but perfect for my needs. Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed to make my food. Strong AC. The off-street parking out back felt secure. Nice outdoor space to eat my breakfast. 20 minute drive from the Hard Rock Casino where I was attending a work event. I appreciated that they accommodated a late check out, even though I was asked to pay an extra $30 for just one hour which seemed a bit pricey. That said, some Airbnb’s don’t allow it at all, so at least it was an option. Overall it was a good stay and I recommend it for a single person or a couple looking for an efficient but comfy place to stay.

Convenient location, great host, no complaints!

It’s in a very cool neighborhood with legit local ma and pa places within walking distance. It’s in close proximity to the airport and close to the beach. The accommodation was clean and had everything you need!

It's my first time in Miami, and this place made it so special and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations... We're very grateful to Lorena and the entire staff. I give them 10 stars.

My Family and I enjoyed our stay at Martin’s place. We felt at home and it was less than 4 miles from the beach which was the reason for our visit. Martin is very accommodating and responsive to any requests you may have while on your stay. I would highly recommend you stay here if in the area. Very reasonable pricing and we will be staying here again if we visit the area.

We had a peaceful stay at Hernando’s place before we left out to fly out. It is very convenient and close to the airport. The place was detailed and cleaned.

Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

My partner and I had an amazing stay. It was sooo beautiful and very peaceful. The hosts were so friendly and very responsive. We loved the hotel it was super clean. Definitely recommend 10/10 :). We will definitely be back!!

Victoria’s condo is exactly as advertised. Great option if you need two beds/baths. Central to many of the large hotels if you are booking for a conference, although be aware that the area is not super pedestrian friendly. Smaller downsides to be aware of when booking: - water pressure in bathrooms is not great - very small travel size toiletries supplied in bathroom (my bath was also missing shampoo) - staff of the building are not super generous to airbnb guests (for example, declined to give me an additional miniature bar of soap) - part of the pool area is reserved for owners

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

I stayed two nights at this apartment. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary details, so I didn’t encounter any issues. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

Marlen's apartment is clean, and it was just as shown in her photos. Nice view of the pool and very complete with both bed linen, towels and beach chairs! Communication was great I would choose it again

David and Barbara were super helpful and friendly! Our flight was delayed the first night and they made sure to let us know there was someone 24/7 at the desk to help us! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay- clean and lovely views. Only complaint would be the long wait times for the elevator.

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.

Nice apartment on the beach with a gorgeous view. Just was super easy to get ahold of and helped us to check in early. 10/10 would recommend!
