Our stay at this beautiful studio was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-maintained everything was. One of the standout highlights was the unbeatable beach access — just a short walk away! And to make things even better, the host provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated having those little extras — it’s those kinds of thoughtful touches that made our stay even more memorable. The location was also fantastic: peaceful, convenient, and close to great local spots for food and fun. It struck the perfect balance between being tucked away for privacy and being close enough to explore with ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything about the experience was smooth, comfortable, and relaxing. Huge thanks to our host — we’d love to return again soon!

Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

A well-maintained pathway leads up to the cottage, surrounded by lush green grass and palm trees. The inviting entrance features a white door framed by light-colored bricks. The ocean view is visible in the background, enhancing the cottage's beachside charm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️

This quaint cottage had absolutely everything we needed for a great beach and scuba experience. While not specifically impressive to look at from the outside, it had easy parking, nice landscaping and an incredibly easy to get to location. It however shined brightly once you typed in your passcode and entered the main living room. With a nice sized private bed to the left, cute and perfectly beach sized bathroom and kitchen, it worked absolutely perfectly, without extra wasted or inefficient space. My son and I came down for a Spring Break scuba and beach excursion and were grateful for the pull out futon to give each of us a little bit of privacy at night. Beyond its central location, we really loved that it was equipped with everything we needed including the little things like extra shampoo, tons of toilet paper, sunscreen and burn relief, beach chairs, lots of towels and games and even a mini beach cooler and ice packs. It was easy and fun from start to finish.

Tasteful deco, very comfortable bed, spacious, fully equipped kitchen including washer/dryer, good AC and extremely clean. The apartment is perfectly located for the 150 express from/to Miami intl airport. 2 min walk to the beach. Convince store downstairs and a short walk or cab ride to all the great restaurants and bars. Excellent hosts Jorge and Abdel. Very friendly and accommodating. They met us on arrival and explained everything. There was a small issue with the toilet on the second day and they responded and resolved it within an hour. One could not ask for better hosts. The only minus point in the apartment is that although the house itself is quiet, there is no sound proofing in the apartment, so you can easily hear the neighbors.

Wonderful! From start to finish Robyn made everything so easy. She called when I first booked to introduce herself, explained everything and answered all my questions. Everything very detailed so when we got there we knew exactly where to go, what to do and what to expect. The unit was amazing. Very clean, perfectly decorated and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We are very familiar with the area since my daughter goes to college nearby and we visit often, but Robyn offered to give us recommendations for our stay as well. I wish we could've stayed longer, but we will be back soon!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Valerio’s. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by the bars and restaurants of Ocean Drive (but super quiet inside the apartment). Everything is nearby and the neighborhood is super walkable. Valerio was very responsive and provided beach towels and a pack and play for our baby. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here! It is in a quiet location but easily walkable to all the hustle. Suzi has so many great amenities here available. Small kitchen to use, cooler for the beach, use of her beach chairs/umbrella, and a pool! Her place was very clean and she was a great host. Would definitely recommend!

Kevin’s place was absolutely perfect for our family. Clean, cozy, quiet - the kids loved the pool which was clean and heated. It’s really close to the beach too! Kevin was very responsive and a saving grace to us since we had originally booked a different location and that turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. We booked Kevin’s place and were able to get in the same day - we already are making plans to come back next year!

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

The property came as described. Very quiet, peaceful, and private area. A quick 5-10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Pier and restaurant area. The property was clean and provided all the necessary items. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

I was in town for business and only stayed one night so i didn't have time to enjoy the amenities of the area but the location is within walking distance to the beach and the mystic lobster is always a must right around the corner. I enjoyed the landscaped gardens the most. It was perfect for relaxing with that morning cup of java. The unit is attached to others on the east side of the owners property and appear to have common walls.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.

Karen is a very responsive, attentive host. She happily accommodated an early check-in for us and readily communicated with us throughout our entire stay for any questions we had or suggestions for cloudy day activities. The condo itself was the perfect stay for two people needing a long weekend getaway. The unit is cozy with storage and appliances that are easily accessible, but spacious with tall ceilings. For getting around, Karen recommended to us the Ride Circuit app - a ride share charging only $2 per ride. Overall, we could not recommend Karen’s hidden gem enough. Really hope to be back in the future!!!
